France is not such perfect as they were during the WC 2018. So every football team of an average class has a chance of lucky resisting them.

Most teams have played game or 2 so far therefore it is obviously way too early for some underdog to show up
Also based on odds there have been so far (only) 2 surprises - Kazakhstan beating Denmark from 0:2 down and Moldova holding czechs to goalless draw ...

surprises also started to appear in such matches... the most recent Kosov vs ANDORRA 1-1 or Moldova vs Czech Republic 0-0 are two examples that come to mind
