absolutely hands down computer. I use my computer with a remote desktop so that I can still play on my phone when I leave. the applications are just so much nicer on a computer and you have so many more options.

I think cel telephone is only for short tournaments or sit and go. It's impossible to play long duration tournaments in the cellular. In this situations I prefer playing at the computer
