Depends on if you want to build your bankroll from playing free rolls or if you prefer to deposit and play cash games. For freerolls I like 888 and ACR for cash, Unibet and Party for tickets. poker stars still has highest traffic but their free rolls are pretty much non existent. They have some Poker Stars School free rolls 3 times a week and not much more.

The best option

I think best option to start play is pokerstar. Its harder and there are a lot of player with different playing style. You will be eaten probably alive but you will have the possibility to create your own style and compete with sharks.
