Played in my first Pub league cash game last night... interesting night to say the least. Those guys couldnt organise a shag in a Brothel ugggg My first hand was awesome limped with 44 in EP flop seen 3 handed board comes 4d9hkc i checkraise flop guy flat calls my raise on turn I move in on riv he shows 99... Now at this point I'm pretty sure this aint gonna be my night.But I rebuy and continue as im there with two mates one of them being BIG MERV(fellow Cardschat member) himself..so fast forward to final table im out my other mates out and BIG MERV is 3 handed with the organiser and some chick.Final hand of the Tourney BIG MERV shoves with AJoff gets called by K9s(organiser) and 108 o0ff(chick)everyones allin Preflop. now the guy dealing was a mate of the Organiser and he's useless as tits on a Bull (he can barely shuffle and deal). some How he f..ks up the deal and burns the wrong turn card. flop comes Ac9h6d and flips 9c for trips and the organiser stacks BIG MERV.Poor MERV The worst thing was the Tourney was in Jamestown 2hrs from Mervs house in Adelaide so after that horrific **** up Merv had to drive 2hrs to get home at like 11:30pm at night(steeming the whole way i bet). Hat's off to BIG MERV tho he showed some real class and kept his mouth shut and dealt with it. Good on ya MERV you are maturing as a Poker player and a person mate Im proud of ya Brother.
