Account hacked money stolen

I am still waiting for a reply from PokerStars support. It is a ****ing joke!

I’m in a similar situation someone hacked my account and joined me in a cash game and dumped my money into their account £600 ! pokerstars are saying thy won’t refund it !! I can see the player that’s taken the funds but they are soo slow to react and reply he’s going to of withdrawn it by the time they get round to actually doing any thing takes about 18 hours to get a response !

A member of a community that I have had his balance transferred to another user of pokerstar without his knowledge, nick for whom the balance was TKSXX, PS returned the jump and did not want to give details of how that happened.

Thank you all for your replies. My problem was solved. After a long ID verification by email, pokerstars send me another PIN and password and my account was unblocked. All my funds are in the cashier so positive outcome ! Thank you all

Didn’t read all the responses. Also check your email password. Might be worth changing. If access to your email is granted, people can do password resets to get in to your other accounts.

my account was hacked not long ago.
Since then, I changed to more secure login with pw and optional pin.
But, they responded that something was wrong with my computer, that my system was hacked etc... which is not the truth.
PS Accounts got hacked and if you don't have setup more secure log in, they will blame on you.
Again, it's up to you to keep your account safe.
On the other side, they canceled that withdrawal and freez account for few days until it got sorted out.
But, my money was refunded, to the penny.
I reported to the skrill with my emails from PS that account got hacked and fund (transfered/tried to transfer) to skril account, and they responded that they froze that account and checked it out.
PS is really good to sort things out.

for legal reasons they will always try to get away from their part of the responsibility. as users, we need to ensure not to miss any of their recommendations to avoid lack of proper support from their side

poker stars support I'm guessing is still only email, at least that's how it was when the USA players were able to play .
and sounds from the comment above it's still the same.
how come the biggest poker site doesn't have better support

I had a similar problem a couple months back when my account was closed and I got an email from Stars security that someone was trying to access my account now I have extra pin for added security.
