This is my 15th day since I requested for a withdrawal and it is still pending. I asked about others saying got check in less than their 4-6 wks and this was the response I received. Basically he only said one thing. 4-6 weeks to process and send.
Jeffrey Shine: Hi Lisa.
You: my question do i need to type it again
Jeffrey Shine: As I can see the withdrawal is waiting to be process. Please take into account the time frame for a withdrawal to be process and deliver via this method is 4-6 weeks.
Jeffrey Shine: The time frame is the same for checks and bank wires.
Jeffrey Shine: If possible we will deliver before the time frame.
You: so is that person mistaken or does it depend on the state, i am just very wary of this process due to it is still pending not even approved and i have withdrawn from other sites and checks would take 2 wks and there was never a problem
Jeffrey Shine: If possible we will deliver before the time frame, however the time frame established for all customers is 4-6 weeks.
You: i got that, thats the only answer you will state, doesnt it have to be approved first before it goes to the department to get sent by wire
You: how long should it take to get approved?
Jeffrey Shine: The time frame mentioned is for the withdrawal to be process and deliver. Your account is already approved for withdrawals via this method.
You: according to your instructions, my request has to go from pending to processed to sent. I was under the impression that if it didnt say processed then it was not considered approved.
You: are u there?
Jeffrey Shine: The account is already approved for withdrawals via this method. Once it is process it will be sent to be delivered.
Jeffrey Shine: However the account is already approved for this method.
You: ok i can see you don't have anymore information or know the reason why it just sitting there saying pending.
You: Just let it be know I can't play on a site that can't process my withdrawal in a reasonable manner of time but they can process deposits in minutes.
Jeffrey Shine: The reason it is pending is because that will be the status before it is process, this due to the time frame 4-6 weeks.
You: Basically your saying its going to take 6 weeks just to get sent then another week until i receive it. 2 months for one request
Jeffrey Shine: It is 4-6 weeks for it to be process and deliver. Meaning you should receive the funds in no more than 6 weeks. If possible we will deliver the funds before the time frame.
You: ok fine, are yall working on improving your withdrawal methods, US players should not have to wait this long
Jeffrey Shine: This is the time frame we offer so a withdrawal can be process and deliver as safe as possible. You can rest assure if possible we will deliver the funds before it. I apologize for the inconvenience.
You: I will check back in a week, which will be my 3rd week, I am not redepositing due to this process. Thank you

I was told the same thing withdrawing from Playersonly.com and received check in mail inless than two weeks. I might have withdrawn mine from the casino side. heard that its faster with a diffrent payment processor. When i had UMW it would go through within 48 hours and most the time the same day. It was nice with UMW becuase i could move my bankroll from site to site without problems.

So common in so many rooms. I mean it would make sense if they did their due diligence during the deposit process rather than the withdrawal process. It's an absolute nightmare with some rooms.
