Well I started out at the 1$ sngs on full tilt and now I enjoy playing the 20$ sngs. From what I have seen there are donkeys everywhere. I truly haven't seen the ratio of people that know their odds or make great calls/bluffs increase a noticeable amount for the increased buy in amount. Sometimes I feel like I'm on a donkey farm when I play.
