Quick Question re. PokerStars Spin & Go.

Hi,
I'm new to CC forums so apologies if this question should be posted elsewhere. I keep getting free $0.50 tickets to play spin and go, so decided to play one. It was for $1.50. I won it but don't know where any winnings are. They've not been added to my account, so I am puzzled.

You have given very little info to work with. On what site did this happen?
If you received those tickets as a bonus your winnings might also be restricted to some bonus rules - I'm just guessing here

Read term of the bonus offer that you probably have at the moment. That might clear things up.

there is a small ticket sign directly at the table next to the prize. it means that u will win a ticket if u win.

These are the power steps. If you play a poker game each day you will get one. They are useful as you can win money on step 2,3 and 4 if you finish high enough as well as tickets to further tournaments.
