9 months!? I’m in the same situation but only 2 months in… this is terrible. 20k locked up.

Yeah, 9 months and even 2 months is too much time. The fact you have that amount of money there is even worse. I don't know why poker rooms support are in general so slow to give a resolution.

I live in Belarus and I can’t log into the PS; when I close the windows with errors, the lobby immediately disappears.
