even if 1000 chips are enough for you, if you play well and don't rebuy and get more because you can make chips normally with a good card and get out after you reach another stage of the game where they buy 50,000 chips, you can also win against them because people just go all-in and lose all the chips very quickly, you just need to play as usual and that's it

I've occasisonally entered these Freebuys and run my initial 1,000 up to 5,000. At that point I am in the same position as someone who had just paid their 11cents and entered. What on earth is there to complain about? It's genuinely something for nothing!

They are free, but you can choose to bump up your stack to 6000 at the start and usually 50000 chips later for 5,11,22. It's your choice.

i had only once luck with such a freeroll aw3arding satellite tickets . and i lost in the next phase . so many freebuys in the pokerstars lobby on a daily basis but they are useless . i cannot get anything from them so i play now very rarely these freebuys

and yes , you more edge with the add on , and with the rebuy . so when you pay you have more odds to be itm undoubtfully . and sometimes the add ons and the rebuys are so many that they award more satelite tickets in the end for the next phase or some cash fo the last paid seat , which might worth more for some players ....
