Pokerstars closed my account again

Yeah its wierd.
I know I have created an account on PS.com (and probably have few buck in there) but when I contacted support about the fact I have an account and I can't remember the account name and the email I used (back in the day I was using 1 email address per poker account) . The only thing I remember is my old IRL mail address and the basically told me to create a new account.

Small update, we are allowed to play and deposit, my account is 100% ready (so they say). If anyone thinks about making a second account or breaking TOS it is not worth it. If you are banned from a site be 100% honest and apologise and maybe they will give you a second chance, we all make mistakes after all. Peace!

I was also blocked due to many accounts for the final term, but I was able to explain everything to them a long time later, about a week ago I was finally unblocked and removed all restrictions. But the most offensive thing is that I was blocked right during the SUNDAY MILLION tournament, I had great chances to take a good prize

Yes, the fact that this happened during the tournament is doubly sad. But I think you have only yourself to blame.

After 10 years I was unbanned from pokerstars and told to make a new account, I did this and tried to deposit and now my account is closed and under review. I specifically asked them 3 times if I’m unbanned and able to deposit and they said yes 100%!

I had multiple accounts so I did deserve to be banned but I feel like pokerstars support is so inconsistent. One person will tell you one thing then a different person will tell you something else. Time to play ACR, hopefully the site is ok.

you have to open an account from a new device and verify it with the identity of your wife, son, father, mother. if yours is not accepted and they close again it is because you are already registered and they take you as a multi-account because you have 2 profiles, I recommend that
