Pokerstars closed my account again

After 10 years I was unbanned from pokerstars and told to make a new account, I did this and tried to deposit and now my account is closed and under review. I specifically asked them 3 times if I’m unbanned and able to deposit and they said yes 100%!

I had multiple accounts so I did deserve to be banned but I feel like pokerstars support is so inconsistent. One person will tell you one thing then a different person will tell you something else. Time to play ACR, hopefully the site is ok.

Well, actually, you can create a new registration after a ban without asking questions after 5 years. After 5 years, your data is erased from the site's memory. But I wonder why you were banned for the second time?

Interesting to hear that if you had multiple accounts in the past Pokerstars now actually agree to open a new account, despite you were multiaccounting. Maybe business is not as good as it used to be.

GG Poker got most of my bankroll now, I only play few tourneys at Stars..

Yeah, but this was a long time ago. I wasn’t using the accounts to cheat so I guess it makes a difference. I also play GG poker mainly but I’m looking for other sites due to the big rake on GG.

Update: They unblocked my account and told me I’m able to deposit and play, I tried to deposit but I was told again my account is still under review, so why did they unblock my account then? Safe to say I won't be using their service even if they let me play, it's been over 1 week of being told different things.

All of the problems I am having are 100% my fault, I’m not denying that. I know pokerstars security is some of the best in the world. It’s just a little frustrating being told twice that I can play and then twice that I’m not able to play and waiting over a week when they told me 24hours. If when I asked them ‘can I have another chance to play on your site’ they told me no I would have no problems with that.

How can I understand you. Small update, we are allowed to play and deposit, my account is 100% ready (so they say). If anyone thinks about making a second account or breaking TOS it is not worth it. If you are banned from a site be 100% honest and apologise and maybe they will give you a second chance, we all make mistakes after all. Peace!

Banned me because I shut a Betfair account in 2017, two years before stars had anything to do with Betfair. Wasn't happy at Betfair so closed the account. Im somehow supposed to know they are going to merge with stars?. The ability to not restrict limits is the main reason I don't want to play on wpn and I don't know wtf I'm doing with crypto I will probably end up paying 4k for a fricking doge coin on some crap. I did start a thread about it then deleted the entire post like a tool lol ..

Yeah I’m not into crypto either and is seems like a lot of work to get money on the site from what I hear.

That and the money could just vanish if by some miracle I won. I had 3 robbed from ten years ago by another occasion so it is hard to trust them. 32000 pounds would have been and is still life-changing money to me ..

Understandable mate but I still kind of trust the site, it’s been around for a long time and I think they are doing some really good things over there!
