Pokerstars chests won’t open

Hello mates, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted here, and there’s no pokerstars thread anymore.
Well, with no further ado, I own two or three chests and they wouldn’t open.
I’m trying for over a week and I wait a very long time and yet the chests won’t open.

I’m using iOS 6s version 12.5.6 only.

Any comments would be mostly appreciated.

Have you tried via the desktop version of Pokerstars?

You can also try to open your chest from your Stars account on PokerStars site. Ones it was useful for me.

Try opening them from the App on your phone (or PC..whichever you're not yet getting the issue on).
I've known older iOS devices to suffer from similar issues. A mate of mine ended up buying a new mac as a result.
That said, there is a bug in stars at the moment with the chests that relate to the Broadway challenge. (chests come up, don't open and then disappear)...but this is quite different from your current issue.

Have you checked the board to see if your cards are displayed?

I don’t know, today I opened the chest and everything is fine, look for errors in your computer, maybe your admin is blocking your Internet.

No. It's not ok... Your poker client doesn't open it for some reason. Try to find in internet Pokerstars site (something like pokerstars.com) and login to your stars accaunt. The main page should show your bankroll balance and current chest row with compleeted chests. Then you can try to open chest.

From the mobile app I don't know much what can be done... but on the PC when we can't open the chest here:

I don't know if it would solve for mobile, but you can try to find something similar on phone...

Everything works well for me, you should go through the site and open the chest from there, it will open, apparently you had a bug that you will need to change or write to those support

Yes because it's Blue chest .
Silver and gold chest however are very nice .
500 starscoin for each silver which is en equivalent of 5$
Gold gives you 2000 Stars coins or 20$

Not everywhere. I only can convert it to money.
Few years back I could use coins/points for all kinds of stuff

Must be your device. Sometimes it doesn't open for me as well but re-opening the app ususually works

Look in Tools - Responsible Gaming you may have blocked them before.

The Cazino and betting doesn't work because of restriction for our countries but to open chest there is the way and I already post it in this thread, just have a look above. And also you can try to swich off proxi in your computer settings.

It is still possible to convert your coins to money, T$, merchandise and all kind of stuff, unless it's different from country to country !
