Does anyone know how much waiting for pokerstars support to answer?
I deposit $ 130 and then my account was frozen.
That's so sad, if you dont wanna give me to play, then give me my money withdrow back!

I have my Stars account restricted 25 days ago, and my emails still do not respond, I have read cases in the forums that they have up to 40 days without responding to emails

Same here. I’ve played at Stars for 17 years, have an up to date account. After several withdrawals after wins at the cash tables, they suspended my account saying it was a routine security check. That was several weeks ago and no one is responding. Is it fair of them to do this? I’ve done nothing wrong and made $$$$$$$ in rake over the years.

When i sent email for my deposit limit, that was around 20th of june, they answered few days ago.. long time since i moved from there. PS support is terrible.

I once had a similar problem and it took a lot of days to respond! Attention service is very slow
