Hello everyone!

I have a question.
About 5 days ago pokerstars send a message about my email that is something wrong with it.
So I changed my email address.
So I get a validation code
On new email
And when I was trying to log in my pokerstars account it shows that it is frozen and I need to contact pokerstars support team .
So I sent a email to support team . And no answers for 5 or 6 days
How can I get my account back?
Thank you!

Unfortunately, PokerStars support is taking a long time to respond to emails.
You must send the email in English and wait.
According to them, they are not supporting the amount of emails at the moment.

Only PS support can help with your problem.

I have my Stars account restricted 25 days ago, and my emails still do not respond, I have read cases in the forums that they have up to 40 days without responding to emails

Hi again.
I was reading that PS support should send a reply within 72 hours.
Before I didn't have a problem with PS and about my email for 5-7 years.
Live chat is not available and support team is not answering.
Well I hope that it not gonna take 40 days.

There are thousands of users who have the problem, today my brother was making a sports bet and he made a deposit and blocked the account in pokerstars without any warning, he has his account in stars for more than 5 years and always deposits with the same credit card that he has used for years in pokerstars, and today they froze his account just because he was going to deposit

I know for sure that you only need to write once. Otherwise, your letters will be queued constantly for a new one and you will never wait for an answer. This is what I read on the PokerStars website. Your offer is not appropriate.

The only thing you can do is wait for the support team to give you an answer as to why your funds were frozen.

Most of the times it happens when according to their policies, you are losing too much money.

A friend has the same problem and has been waiting for more than a month to answer your case. PS has fallen a lot in these times

I’ve seen lots of these threads, especially on the shitshow known as 2 plus 2.

99 percent of them turn out to be stupidity on the part of the OP. There’s ALWAYS important info not brought forward. ALWAYS after the fact “you can’t do that?” Or “I didn’t think that was a problem”

And yeah. I believe Stars gets a ton of emails. I wonder how many are legit, as opposed to the ones they get because players are too lazy to read the TAC, or just plain dumb to understand simple shit.

I’ll call bullshit on “no reply from Stars for 40 days” because there’s no way it would take that long for them to rely to a legit player issue. Maybe no reply is coming because the bellyaching doesn’t justify one being made

Prove me wrong. I’ll wait.

many times at stars players logging in from the same computer will result with questions or transfering funds often to the same person and vice-versa will raise alarms

Hello.
Be patient, you still have to wait. Recently, I also contacted them and I received an answer only in 14 days.

Sounds reasonable, since multi accounting and collusion is against the TOS of PS as well as all other sites. Sucks of course if innocent people are getting caught up in this, but I cant fault Stars for trying to enforce essential rules like this. After all people will also complain, if the games are not fair and clean ;)
