I like 888 better simply because of free promotional tournaments and the variety of live satellites.

I confess something, my beginnings in online poker was in partypoker many years ago .... more than 10 years I think I do not remember well, but now I like to play in just playing in pokerstars, although here in CardsChat I have to play in other rooms for freerolls, let's see how it goes

imo 888 is full of crazy fish who seem to get lucky but the hand dealing seems fair.

I have been playing the powerfest on party over the past couple of weeks and just noticed a few strange things.


in one tournament i was in for a good few hours easily 50% of my hands were premium and upto 60-70% of them were playable not all of them were winners but it seemed strange as i've played a lot of tournaments over the years and never have i seen that many good hands in one tournament.


I know its possible but I prefer a site where the spread of hands is more fair and not all bunched up in one line.


so my choice would be 888 all day long.

Party Poker is better for me. I played three one million dollar tournaments on Party with no risk tickets earned through freerolls. Turn one cent into a $215 ticket. :damnmate:

If it's true, PartyPoker has some good things! ... that is why it has been active for many years and has good prestige, it is about preferences!

I forgot to mention if you win a $5 step satellite ticket on Party you can also use it in academy online tournaments taking place twice a week.

PokerStars is by far way better that PartyPoker. This is especially true for people just starting out and wanting to play some freerolls with a goal to try and win a little cash. PartyPoker had that promotion about getting the free $22 ticket. What a scam !!! If you want to play any freeroll tournament on that site you first have to make a deposit. How is that freeroll ? You have to put in cash first, and then you have the right to play freeroll games. PokerStars lets you play freeroll just by signing up !!!!

Its good for Canadian players not sure about other countries I won two of the tickets last year where top ten win a ticket with around 400 players. The other ticket was a long time ago with the old software when they had the weekly Canadian 20 point special and monthly million tourney.

I downloaded 888 poker these days and I did not like the platform, too bad to use find the freeroll tournaments unlike Pokerstars and the 888 freerolls I saw were all for deposit. I've never used Partypoker, I'm going to download it to take a look at the posts and the platform.

to play freerolls in PartyPoker you need to create an account real money, if you don't have the money account real you may not play any freeroll, simply put you need to make a deposit, preferable poker888, PokerStars is the best, but in this thread only we talk about poker888 and PartyPoker
