Too bad Poker Stars have eliminated the Vanilla Prepaid option for depositing money in Canada and the banks won't touch a Gaming site deposit with a ten foot pole. It is off to the Casino for me to play any poker. thanks Orifice( I know which one you are by the way)

I'm in canada and I use Interac E Transfer directly from my Canadian bank account which transfers to Gigadat. That company transfers to all major gaming sites. It all happens in minutes. No problems at all. You just need E Banking access.

As far as I understand, now freerolls will be held only in which there will be tickets instead of cash prizes. Apparently, the changed freerolls will appear in the lobby from next month.

All cash freerolls are not offered by PS anymore. They will be replaced by tickets in awhile.

Wow! I will keep an eye on what PS is doing with regards to CC tournaments. I never have success on the internal PS freerolls-they are always ’all-in’ all the time players.

PokerStars is one of the best poker rooms I have ever played in. I think we should not rush to judge what may happen in the future, as the room management may be preparing freeroll tournaments that may be more valuable than previous tournaments.

I hope they also remove permanently these free buy sats , so many everyday freeroll sats , even if you win ticket for next round , the rounds are so many , I find it impossible yo win a tourney ticket that way .

Pokerstars give ticket and i'm not happy with that because we have too win alot of tournament but juste remember that its free too win ticket to have chance too win money..........we have to not forget this.......

I hope they are thinking about how best to intrigue old players and bring new ideas to tournaments or prizes. For me, there is no big difference whether it will be tournament money or tickets, I play for fun, they will not cancel freerolls completely, because they will lose a large percentage of players who play them.

I have been using Interac E Transfer to gaming sites for years with no problem. Gigidat is the main middleman Canadian banks use. Very easy to use, just follow the instructions. Takes 1 minute to do and your funds are deposited in minutes. BMO RBC are very fast, Scotiabank is the slowest (15-20 min). You don't have sign up or anything with Gigadat it is automatic.
