Poker for iPhone?

I know FT has Rush poker for cell phones, but are there any other sites that offer online play on iPhones?

Bwin has an iphone App for real money, so there is a good chance that party poker will have one also at some point (since they are merging)

Suprised sites haven't developed software for jail broke iphones with as many people are doing that these days and it wouldn't be regulated by apple...

They do not currently, no, although I believe they are hoping to expand. Apart from that there is really nothing for US players on the iPhone unless you download an app which allows you to control your computer from your iPhone. I forget what it is called right now but I'm sure someone can tell you...

I personally haven't, no. I don't consider myself degen enough to need my poker fix on the move! But, I have a friend whom I have seen using it.

I thought that iphone app basically just controlled the game running on your computer through the phone, and it connects through wifi. so you can't wait in an airport or something and play without the computer being there on the same wifi. only advantage to it i would see is if you had a desktop and wanted to cook or had to use the bathroom. basically roaming the house.

that was my impression so i didn't download it. i may be wrong. i have a laptop so i take it all over the house anyway.

Well if you have your computer turned on at home you connect to it and control it, so, essentially open Full Tilt or PS or whatever it may be and play. I think mass multitabling may be a problem though!

I am very surprised the bigger companies havent come out with an app for the iphone. I would thin they would make a lot of money that way.

I think there might be too many problems with drop-out and signal issues for it to work properly. Though on a separate issue, I'm surprised none of the big sites have made their sites available through the Playstation network or equivalent Xbox network. I would imagine this is an untapped resource so far, and no doubt highly profitable.

Full Tilt has Rush Poker as an app for the Andriod phones.... I just dont understand why not put in regular ring games and tournaments

For what I know, all ongame network poker rooms offer the app to play on iphone, but no one are accepting us players right now.
