Partypoker issues

I won some money from a mtt on partypoker but the money was never credited to my balance. I tried relogging but nothing happened. I did receive some money from another mtt i played simultaneously though and there was no issue with that. Has anyone else experienced similar problems on Partypoker and should i contact their support or do they solve these kind of issues automatically normally?

Yeah that seems the most reasonable.

Usually wins are credited pretty immediately. If it has been more than 15 mins or so, that seems off.

I would suggest to dubble check at for instance sharkscope, how much you won. And then also check, if for some reason you have been credited i T$ or tickets. Maybe there was some sort of misunderstanding or miscalculation. It would be highly unusual, that a site just randomly fail to credit your account.
