Partypoker closes in Serbia 12th August

Where did you hear that or find that out? I have just left my money there for the time being and will eventually withdraw, but maybe I will not have to......

I read that news online, but more important i talked to a party poker representative about the case. Unfortunately, last time we spoke about it the decision for now is to exclude our country from the welcome list, but this might change in the future. Personally, i believe that Serbia got to the list by mistake, i find it weird that among all countries which are all by the way from Asia, Serbia is the only one from Europe. In addition to that there were no governmental restrictions and Party Poker claimed that reasons were actually “marketing, statistical etc”. I’m not buying that. If there were no governmental reasons why the hell would a poker site exclude any country.
So i’m really expecting un update soon, this wouldn’t be the first case that some organization have no clue where the Serbia is, definitely not in Asia...
When it comes to your funds, you can withdraw, why not, you can use it for keep on grinding elsewhere, you can deposit on Party in few clicks again when they decide to open their door.
Meanwhile, i’ll keep spamming them about it and hopefully i’ll get some real info.

An update for everyone who might be interested in this case,
I just got a reply that actually it was the gambling restrictions in Serbia that forced Party Poker to close their services, so it took them pretty much time to come out with this explanation and obviously there's nothing we can do about it.
If anyone left their funds in there, now it's a good time to cash out.

If PP really closes for Serbia, maybe you could try opening BWIN account, and continue playing PP from BWIN skin?

I am exactly playing Party Poker from BWIN, because PP does not have license for Bulgaria ...

This is news to me, I wonder if BWIN plays from South Africa?

I know this thread is old, but I have been working extra and not playing much poker.
I never moved my money out of Party Poker and am ready to do so, since it looks like PP will not open back up to Serbia anytime soon.

How did you move your money out of Party Poker? Anyone find a good way to move it without losing so much in fees? Can it be transferred directly to another poker site?

After they have denied the opportunity to Serbian plazers to use their accounts in September 2019, yesterday I received new notice
"Hi Zoran, Regrettably, partypoker will soon stop operating in your country.
This means that:

• From 01/12/2020, you will no longer be able to deposit with us.
• From 17/12/2020, you will no longer be able to play with us.
• After 17/12/2020, you will only be able to log in and withdraw funds from your account"

I live in norway.
But today I logged in and I saw that still I can.
I am very confused.
But I can not deposit money.
I do not know.
Now I am playing in pokerstars.
