Party poker has bad service?

I missed a couple of tourneys because party poker does a horrendous job of letting me know when my tournament with a free ticket starts, it's like they want me to miss my tournament.

So whenever Player X gets some free stuff in whatever gambling site but pretty much dont see it on time (and therefore lets it to go to waste) it is automatically rooms fault right

More like if you get tickets etc to whatever things it should be up to you determine when these games start, no?

I once checked multiple times a day for like 3 days and then I noticed I got an email stating that I missed my tourney. I checked when I got my ticket and when the tourney started and I only had an hour to register. party poker never lets you know when the tourney starts and you have to dig for when it starts and some times the promotion tab doesn't open up and sometimes the tickets are pending, it's horrible. pokerstars does a lot better of a job, they let you know exactly when the tourney starts and give you the ticket right away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been playing on PP for the first month, no matter how good and bad, and in order not to miss the tournament, you need to open the tab my tournaments in your account, and then click open at the bottom to open the lobby of your tournament.
