I am currently free rolling on ACR, I like the site so far. No complaints.

I play at ACR and just within last two days have been allin with AA vs. KK in Omaha and both times they have hit another K to beat me. Frustrating!

Oh, I forgot, both times they had me outchipped by 3:1 or 2:1 and once I even had AAK4 so he hit the case king. I think they favor the higher chip count and especially as it get close to payouts.

Yes. The free roll selection mainly consists of $10 "on demand" freerolls that begin when around 270 players register. There is usually around 450-900 players fighting it out for a $10 prize pool paid out the the top 10 finishers. 10th is 55cents and 1st is $2.50. I've finished high a few times and lucked out and won once.

They also give points to the top 10 players in each freeroll, and the winner gets something. Not sure on that. Also not sure, but I think the freeroll leaderboard prizes are weekly. Research is good, but my fingers are hurting, so good luck!

The problem with ACR is the ugliness of the entire operation.

Clicking on the tourney tab just to have another window pop up is beyond annoying. No idea who thought of this, but its really dated.

Also 3 hour long registration is a joke. Thats too much for online. It should be capped @ 2 hours.

Also the amount of bum hunting / traffic is a joke. There are so many open tables and 1/6 people sitting.

They could get their act together, but it will take some serious patches and bigger GTDs to draw a crowd.

As an average player, I can tell you this has a lot of "donks", and you should win easy.
But you will not.
You are going to win as you are playing a slot machine.
It is the illusion of winning, and suddenly, on the river the "donk" has the winning hand.
I lost average 7K/year on this site.
Before Black Friday I was steady winning 25-30K/year.
Maybe I am getting old, and not wiser.

Hello comrades just wanted to get an experienced opinion on Americas Cardroom, I am considering starting a bankroll over there, just wanted to know a little about it first hand from some of you guys. How is the traffic and skill level of the micro games? Do multi tables fill up? Any success from you guys on that network?

I have played on that site now for several months and I will tell you that I will never put another dollar in. I have seen so much BS that reminds me of the days of there "OTHER" two sites. I'm not saying this site is rigged but it is NOT real life poker!!

I was a strong winning player at 25/50 on ACR, for a short while.

Then had 3 miraculous bad beats, that the other player shouldn't have ever called, that set me into negative.


I wish the US had US sites that were regulated and kept totally fair. I'm not sure what's going on or where to even play anymore. I am trying ignition. I'm down 4 BIs after a few thousand hands of Zone poker.

Lots of bad beats - make me think the site has "Programmed Deception" - means you think you have a winner - but.........

I have nothing to say yet I can not be precise about the American card room. I myself just started to play here. while I spend time in freerolls
