It seems WPN will not refund monies to players where DDoS attacks caused problems in satellites tourney's . I am Still trying to get a $60 credit ( small amount I know but it's about the principal not the money ) from 8 months ago. One customer service rep says I'll get this taken care then never hear back . The next one tells me no credits for DDoS attacks. My best guess they use our monies towards paying off the DDoS attackers ..BS !!:(


Please be so kind and provide me your nickname and the hand or tournament ID so I can check this.

In regard to the welcome bonus there isn't really an issue it's more of a complaint. It's as much my fault as it is the sites. You ONLY offer reloads on Crypto currently. If I had understood that I would have made one large deposit all at once for my welcome bonus rather that making 6/7 deposits in 3/4 days that totaled about a grand. Since there was no code needed for the welcome bonus I just assumed the reload bonuses auto applied once a play though requirement was met? When that didn't happen I figured out it because it's only on Crypto.


oh okay, I understand. We will have more reload bonuses soon.

What happened to my post? I sent you the screenshot you requested? I also replied to your responses? Now I come back and it's all just deleted with no resolution? Not even a explanation about the error message, or why I'd be shuffled again if all seats were full? I deposited $500 with you guys today too. Wish I'd found this out first! Thanks for your time have a great weekend.

As I said when this message first started almost a week ago. It's past the point of Reconciliation and I just want those who are really doing research and being careful where to deposit to have all the information if they choose to use it.

You see I honestly could care less about the $65.00 money comes and money goes some have it some don't. I happen to be one of the fortunate one's. But most people aren't and that little $65.00 investment might be their entire bankroll to play the game on? That's what this right here is all about. Because that guy the one grinds out freerolls every day. To build a bank roll or the kid just getting started playing poker that is taking part of his grocery money for this month at University. Those people they will read this or stuff like it before they deposit ANYWHERE!

To you guys don't have any pipe dreams about any where else being different. At least I've yet to find a site that has been? It's all about the money and how easily they can get as much of it as quickly as they can! If you're following this thread of posts it's beyond comical! You have the customer in this case Me, and the business in this case The representative. Working out an issue the customer is unhappy about the resolution or lack there of to an issue. The representative attempting to resolve the grievance says oh we can take care of that! Just send me this. The customer says ok sure and sends what's asked for. The Rep I don't think ever even sees it And his boss says I don't see where I'm required to fix this and who cares we already have all that money. The Rep basically fights the good fight for a minute ( hopefully) then just passes it back to the people who pissed the customer off in the first place who obviously have no clue what's going on?

Read the original message the system booted me off After I had Registered, But did not return funds to the account? How in the world would their be an error message with cards? Now for the kill shot! Watch this.

There is the original message where this happened. Customer service is like we find no issue all games are played? Then how do I have an error message if nothing wrong! You have the message in beginning of last post from another customer service rep confirming receipt of error message screenshot then asking for something that is impossible to exist. I was never rude and yes I politely gave up at the end of the message. Because I've been though this so many times on so many sites I know the routine! They have your money your not getting it back! It doesn't matter that your playing at their site and though rake they are going to get it anyway eventually they have it now. The second you click proceed with deposit you guys just getting started need to understand that money is gone. It's not yours anymore and if something like this happens you can have X-ray vision and be the best card player ever. If you don't even get to be seated before it's gone it doesn't matter! The whole picture is there the guy who I spoke to in live chat started a refund it was declined, the Rep says I can fix this send me the error message. It gets sent I'm assuming he tried to get the refund going and was denied so he responds back and says someone will get ahold of you. They do someone who now has no clue what has transpired in this case her name is Sasha does infact get ahold of you and asks for something else after she confirms that she has what was asked for? Then the process begins again and it never ends! It's cheaper to let these Custer service people jerk you around for as long your willing to pursue it than it is to just resolve the issue! Your not getting your money back your just getting more and more of your time wasted. This time I decided to keep all the proof so you can all see for yourself what happens and how! A total of $390 in entries and issues in less than a month not one dime of it was thier issue or returned to the account? I can provide documentation like this for all of it. Don't deposit money on any of these sites unless you're prepared to throw it right out the window! Hopefully it helps someone at some point to know the truth about this before they decide to deposit their rent check or house payment on one of these?

If anyone goes back and reads it you'll see it too. So I'm either an evil genius or I knew how the system works from experience!

If I were dumb enough to continue on this lady would work on it until she passed it off to some else. Though out this whole process how far have we made progress? You are right back where you started before. But instead now that you know how things get handled if you can live with there being no resolution when something happens and it always does play on! If not time to start shopping again.

So I've sent sent you the screenshot of the error message from the Jackpot rounds. I'm sure that it is possible to show the ones I played there were no issues? I had registered for both of these and bumped off before they started? But my funds did not come back to me? Oss-54 $200+15 80 guarantee correct? I did in fact hit a spin and win into but it never took me to my seat? So you wouldn't find any game play as I never got to my table?

As far as the seating situation. That doesn't make any sense at all as I said earlier. I was moved to a different table for one hand then taken back to my original seat? So there obviously is an open seat elsewhere if nothing else the seat I was in for one hand already had me in it? Why would I be moved back at all if there were no open seats and I'm already at another table?

Continue from the previous post: Regarding the OSS-54 we checked your hand history and we didn't find the gameplay related with the OSS 54, you won a seat for an On demand but not for the OSS 54 event

About the Rebuy, we checked the one you mentioned, we also did a full hand history check and we did not find another table in that time frame where you do a rebuy. What happened was that at that moment you did the rebuy that was the only table available so the system redirects your seat to the same table which was the only available table at that moment.

Regarding the Jackpots, we ran a report from the 17th through the 20th and you were able to play them all without any issues.

So there is the resolve to the rebuy issue and return seating you know to help us understand why we got resent back to our original table and original seat randomly Twice! Even though what happened was that was the only seat available? How do you recycle empty seats when there aren't any? Now playing devil's advocate lets say for a second here that your right and this happened because at the exact second that I rebuy (even though I was at a different table for one hand mind you.) It was the only seat available? Ok so see the message about the OSS-54 spin and win seat from me and online chat? It clearly says the IT took a log of sat entry winners prior to restarting and pausing the system? So then isn't it possible that no one even thought about the spin and win entries? Isn't it also possible that I did in fact hit and you guys reset on me at exactly the same moment? I mean what's good for you should be in turn good for me? If you expect me to buy off on this only seat exact moment theory. ( Again even though I was at a different table for one hand?) Then in turn shouldn't you refund me the $215 for the cost of the seat I'm telling you I won? I have proven every single thing I've stated to be true and accurate. You can't have it both ways and continue to say I'm wrong? So which is it? Yeah yeah I know your going to need more information. Someone will get a hold of me...

I've been stuck at "Configuring" all day. Can't switch tabs or access My Account.

I've flushed the dns and deleted and reinstalled the client software to no avail.

I have to believe the problem is on your end.

Please help.

Do a cold boot of your system. Shut it completely off. Then restart. I also use CrapCleaner to remove any build up from my system. ACR has worked fine for me for quite some time now. Played a couple of MTTs today.

Late reg lasts longer than the games. Has zero appeal for me. Some of them lasting beyond 12 hours. Irritating pop ups in chat, middle of tables, etc. We keep telling them & they keep ignoring us. Only way I play in one of these is through a free roll ticket. Will not even play with freeroll winnings. :star:

Everything I have asked for is still on some long lost list somewhere. Some of these games & changes were requested years ago. Still nothing. :icon_boun

Good luck to them. According to the pop ups lot of GTDs not getting met by buyins. I like double/triple up SnG's. BOL & IGN offer those. They are on the ACR list also; from a year ago or more. :confused:

Yeah I can't stand how long the late reg goes for. No point in joining a tourney unless the late reg is almost over.

ignition is a little better because their tourneys are all freezeouts instead of rebuys, but they generally have the same issue.
