the new design is better than the old but still pretty bad in my opinion. now you can no more choose where to sit, just like on 888 poker (when they introduced their new design) and GG poker.
what bothers me the most is that its still not possible to adjust sound settings. there is always this stupid chip and card shuffle sound which i dont need (i only need a warning when its my turn) and this is kind of disturbing when i multitable together with other sites. also, party lags for me while other sites dont.
i give party a overall 1.5 stars out of 5 for their software and table design.

Oh yes, the old partypoker sounds were a huge problem to me. The alert one was so loud and just not pleasant to hear for me personally. I remember I vented about it somewhere on the forum
But now that they have changed it to the more gentle/soft one, I don't have trouble with their sounds at all. Maybe I just got used to them. But I agree, they should extend their sound adjusting options more.
