hmm as far as I know your country should be eligible for all those platforms. I could be wrong.

In mostly cases I can't even make the software installation to the end. And if I make it, than I can't make my new account. Everyting take to long time and there is no comment or some answer what happens. So I remove software after that, because I don't know what to do.

No, without notification. Only I can't make all steps to the end. So I wait 15 minutes and than I quit.

So the room was quite good, the software was not very good, but it was okay to put up with it. But unfortunately now they have left my country and it's sad, but everything is not so bad, there are still a lot of good rooms.

not about how many people using it but stupid Windows . since Win Vista this problem is quite common that programs won't be installed correctly if not "run as administrator"
