Issues to access 888Poker

How are you? I hope you are having great times at the tables!

Please, someone can help me to identify what I can do to solve an issue to access my account in 888Poker?
When I click in the App, software starts inicialization, but appears the attached message. I cannot arrive at login´s tab. It´s not possible to type my user and password.

Have you tried looking for a new version of the software?

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and my software did not start anymore since there was a new update. Unfortunately the automatic update process did not work as intended.

So I manually downloaded the new version and installed and I was back in. ☺️

If this has only happened once, then try again in 12-24 hours, since the site could be down. If it has happened repeatedly over several days, then try to delete the client (PC) or app (phone) and download again.

The software doesn't open for me! I have already downloaded and installed the version from the homepage several times.

Any certificate (digital signature) is invalid?! It's really frustrating...

Do you have any idea how to solve this??? The 'official 888 support does' not report either

If this happens I either wait a bit and let it sit there and then try to log in again - often it helps, or I reload it again, or (if nothing worked) I close other clients if I have any and load the app very first. Never it was that neither worked. Unless it's a site failure. But I've just tried and it loaded properly.

You need to try to go through another Internet provider, my mobile operator sometimes does not let me on 888, there was no such problem from home Internet

I also had such a problem a few months ago. I uninstalled the 888 software, rebooted the computer and re-loaded the software and then everything was fine.

U need to delete everythig 888 related on ur pc first before a reinstallation. Go to ur systems folder and delete everything there with pacific etc.

And you might also need to clear all cookies etc. in your browser before reinstalling. Or at least that is worth trying, assuming you play from a PC and not a phone.

Yeah, I had the same problem as well many times. Sometimes I needed to dowload their client several times, sometimes needed to wait a week and things got solved to the next opening.
You can do these circles, but also what worked is that I had to wait for the site to open itself fully then clicking my username and password and loggin button slower. It sounds weird, but that solved 2 times that.

The truth is I don't think they have such a stable software, and they could not offer you a proper solution - even the problem is definitely not Just on your side or not on your side at all, since as you see, many members had at least this once.

888poker is the room that gives more problem like yours. I usually have to download the poker room at least 1x per week and still does not work all features. The last time I deleted all cookies and everything related to 888poker and made a new download, not perfect, but it's running faster.
