I got a random email early Sunday morning that my account had been disabled and to call the accounts team at my earliest convenience. So, as requested, I gave them a call early afternoon (11am) on Sunday. I also wrote them an email. I was told that the Accounts team was all busy on call with other customers, and I could request to be called back with 24-48hrs. The guy also said I can try and call back 30 mins later. So thats what i did. It's Sunday, I planned on playing poker all day on ignition and BOL. 30 Mins later, I call back, the service rep puts me on two 5 minute holds and comes back with the same answer. They are all busy. Gave me the same options. So I gave it an hour and tried again, and yes, you guessed it, they are all busy assisting other customers. I repeated this pattern every 30-45 mins from 1pm to 8pm.

Was fed the same BS about how they have all been slammed with over phone calls. I decided to live chat and that Customer Service Rep was no help either, however, she asked me what time I would like a call back scheduled for. I said the earlier the better, they get in at 9, have them call first thing in the morning.

Well, 9am this morning came and went. NO call. Just called in at 1030 this morning, and guess what? I was put on 3 separate holds while she tried to connect me, only to tell me that, the accounts team were all tied up on phone calls with clients. Its concerning, because I requested a cashout Friday night, only to have my account disabled with no explanation, and can't get a single person on the phone to find out why or what is causing it. I guess I'll just sit around until they get around to calling me back. Do they even have staff (besides the level 1 service reps) working on the weekends? If not, they shouldn't be taking action or running poker games.

Is there anything I can do to expedite this?
