I just found out how to make your best profit/FTPs using it. Here's the trick:
From what I find out, there are no restrictions whatsoever on the max. you can have in there. The only rule they give you is that anything above $50 will not count for the bonus.
All I did was use this information to my advantage.
I managed to get the chip up to $50, then I took some huge chances and eventually my chip got to $250. Even though I could only withdraw $50 at most, now I was making $10-$25 bets all around, winning .5 FTP points or more at every bet.
Betting $5 at blackjack at each time, then, when you lose 3 times in a row (since BlackJack odds for the house are usually 52% against 48% from the player) you make a huge huge bet, like $50-$150, and you are almost always guaranteed a win.
As another tip, don't let yourself get greedy. After using this system for 1-2 hours, I got from 30 FTP points to 200. Then I started making dumb bets, and risked everything on my chip. First time I still got back to $200, the second time I wasn't able to recover.
If you are patient and keep to $5 bets you'll eventually reach the 500 FTP points and withdraw your bonus.
I got stuck at 200FTP and ended up using them on a $.5 ticket. I'm the chip leader and running well though

EDIT: Forgot to add. First off, play on a single player table. Keep away from multiplayer.
Then, in order to get over $50, you need to be lucky. To maximize your chances of being lucky, you have 2 choices:
1. Keep making $1-$4 bets and wait until you are at $60-$70 before raising them to $5, or
2. (My personal favorite) make huge bets. For example, $25, $10, $5, $5, $5, on all the little circles in one play. Keeping this kind of thing up will get you to $200-300 easily
