Home games on Pokerstars

There is a thread about the new home games in the "Poker Rooms" forum.

But when will we hear that the CC gods is starting up a home games club for all of us on Stars? I think we are all waiting to hear that.

The problem is the club can only have 50 members.

Though I do have an idea about multiple clubs I will work on.

How about starting a club that is made up of the top Freeroll winners form last year. If you look at the list of people that won 2 or more freerolls there are 40 people. Then with the other 10 slots we can have people that won at least one game rotate on a monthly basis.

Meh... maybe at a later date but don't want to exclude some good tournament players who don't play many freerolls. Not really looking to exclude myself either lol.

That makes sense. It was just an idea for ONE of the multiple clubs.

Maybe pokerstars would consider extending the number of members for a home game based on CCs relationship with them?

The multiple clubs thing I am thinking of would all have a common theme and would be linked by competition. For example might have country clubs or age group clubs that compete for prizes over a series of events held at the individual clubs.

I am hoping PS will change the limits once the Home Games are out of the beta stage. For now it is highly unlikely they would make exceptions. I am sending them an email for feedback tomorrow.

You can have more then 50. I'm in one with over 50 and someone else told me there in one with 120+.

They told me they had increased the number of members to 100 - that helps but still limits us from opening up games to the entire forum.
