Help for those who have problems downloading Pokerstars to mobile phones

Today I was unable to update the PS software on my mobile phone because my phone kept saying that the software was problematic.
After deleting the software, I was no longer able to download it from the PS site, the download link said that it was not available.
I wrote to the support within the PS software on the computer (because I was able to update it here), and there in the chat I received a link with which I downloaded the software via my phone and now it works properly.
I wrote it because it is possible that other people have a problem.

Yes, I had a similar problem, I tried to install the pokerstars App for several hours, but I kept getting an error. But then I read, somewhere here in our community, a comment where one of our members recommended in a certain sequence to disable certain security parameters on the smartphone and agree to the necessary permissions, and this advice helped me.

I had similar problem, but managed to download Pokerstars app on my own. Now I'm having another problem - after attempting to login pokerstars (both mobile, desktop and website) are prompting me for temporary PIN and claiming that some information about PIN have been send to my e-mail. Unfortunately I'm not getting any email from pokerstars - I've tried password recovery abnd PIN recovery again both through android, desktop and website.
Anyone faced similar issues?
