I play the hourly flip freeroll where the winner gets two coins. I only win when I am not watching so I just register and sign off.
The only thing worth winning is the jackpot.
Is it just because I am not earning player points but since this started I no longer get FTP points?

Yeah I don't get FTPs anymore either. But they are still counting them for my Ring Game Tickets.

I guess you have to switch for the Edge reward to get FTPs counting again. But I think you need to put a lot of volume to be profitable.

I'll stick with the coins. There are some nice rewards besides the Jackpot.

Yup, they make stupid changes to their "rewards" program and then even reduce the potential for gaining rewards on it within no time.

I was really hoping eventually full tilt would rebuild its customer base but I am pretty sure all this changing things around is just going to make it worse .... quite dissapointing actually.

One other thing, I think the Jackpot is way too hard to win. It would be fun to see it won more often even if it is for less money.

I am up to 110 coins and use only 2 a day every 8 hours. It would suck to run out of coins and have someone win the jackpot and not get a share.
I think at 5million to 1 it is almost impossible to win the jackpot and to keep plauing the daily coin freerolls and the TT freerolls and the RGT freerolls you have to have at least one raked hand a dayIt is a good way to keep players coming back every day.
So far all I have got is 9 cents in the 10K flip today with just over 1,000 participants.
The saying lucky in love unlucky in cards truly applies to me.

Well somebody hit the jackpot but it wasn't me. I did get my share for being a Big Deal player that played in the last 12 hours . It came to around $15.

I've had most success playing the jackpot freerolls and playing the cash games to ensure entry into various daily games. Such a shame the hourly all in game has gone.... Won nothing in the $5k and $10k all ins and didn't win the holiday either. I did win a $10 ticket so will play that in tomorrow's Classic Game. It'll all be over soon!

I agree with you Marty.

They forgot to consider some elements in their calculations.

Plus the fact that you can win lots of intermediate prizes when playing The Deal.

Of course in the end FullTilt makes some money anyway but for a low volume player it is not so bad.

If you are a high volume player then you can always switch back to the Edge program.

As for me I consider The Deal more like a promo than rakeback and it is fun!

dont understnad why people like this promo- daily VIP freerolls are now $200 instead of $1k

Finally just won a $1k freeroll entry (about 50th attempt) and havent got anything better (normally get 20% of a coin back or a whole coin if lucky!)

Tacky gimmick instead of decent rewards for players sums it up (edge freerolls dont exist and cash-back is pretty awful, so is not really an option for me)

Finishing 91/1700 with 80 paid in the daily and then going out on coin freeroll in 10/680 (was in 4th and went allin with AK, KQ called...) -both tonight -doesnt help me appreciate the promo much either!

It is obvious that Full Tilt has chosen a new direction and that is to cater to the recreational player and not cater to the HUD carrying players who make money by exploiting rec players, a lot who have never even heard of a Hud and have no idea.
They are attracting a lot of new players with this type of promo so you can't have your cake and eat it to.

Although the idea of a Jackpot can keep them alive for a little longer.
