I have also asked why they drop these 150$ freerolls, as Scandinavian freerolls are very good there. Only 300 playes and 27 paid ....
Hope that these come back there ...

Many times transfered money to fulltilt to pokerstars ...

FT is under pokerstars management, i would be surprised if they bring back the country restricted freerolls, seeing how crappy the freerolls at stars are, now that they are competing against tiny poker sites.

I played a few of the UK freerolls in the early days but have not played them for a while. The UK games used to have around 600 players with top 27 paid so it was possible to cash and build a bankroll over a period of time. However they were hard work for not a lot of return so once I had a bankroll I tended to stay away from thm.

Those freerols were essential for anyone who was starting playing poker. They give tournament experience without making any deposit. Full tilt was the best poker room to start playing poker.

Freerolls keep disappearing!

For the players who play at Carbon (myself included) , I think that the reason the freerolls are being stopped is that the poker community is tightening up their wallets, not as much $$$ is finding its way into their on-line poker accounts. In short, the econmy is being felt everywhere. I know that I'm not keeping 2 or 3 poker site accounts inflated like I used to....I have tappered down to 1
I admitt that they will be missed by new players the most, I fine tuned my game playing freerolls before I started playing higher stakes
