I play both Reefer and Feltstars and I prefer Feltstars. I have had no withdrawal issues, but then again, I dont have much in there to withdraw.
Quite frankly Im glad Felt bought Reefer, I had seem to be catching a lot more bad beats at Reefer and Feltstars seems to have more games sponsored by more of the forums I belong to. Oh well, maybe Im just paranoid :eek:

Well that is good because now that they took over Reefer I have money there.
I never downloaded Feltstars so when they took over Reefer they did it for me. The problem is, I had a little money (very little) on Reefer and that has not been transferred to feltstars. Anyone else? Also, and no big deal, the desk icon is still Reefer and not Feltstars.

i already had feltstars so when reefer went over i had 6 cents left after my last withdrawal from reefer so no biggie i like feltstars much better for some reason . but did contact feltstars and reefer support to get my old reefer account shut down but neihter one of the supports have got back to me .
and as for withdrawals from felt have made 3 so far to pic club and never a problem

I will open mine now and see what happens and let you know.
I am updated, the icon is still Reefer and skin is Feltstars. I do not have money in my account yet. They did have a message up that said the update is taking longer than expected and they expect it to be complete within 24hrs and our funds should be transferred over with no problems. I am not worried.

There seems to be a measure of paranoia in this thread. Chill out a little, folks. If Feltstars have bought out Reefer they will have done so to build their player base. You don`t build your popularity by cheating players, so nobody is likely to get cheated. They sent out an email asking for patience during the transition, so be patient.

I have ~$500 on each of the two sites, and I am not worrying.

I received the following from Feltstars Support after asking about combining accounts:

We are very sorry but we are still working on the integration of the reefer poker players to our datebase and it has taken longer than expected. We are working hard to get this finished but please rest assured that your money is safe and that we hope to have this finished ASAP.
Once the integration is finished your reefer account will automatically be transferred to your FeltStars account.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Actually,everyone should write down your balances at every site you have money at ,on the 1st of every month.Keep a notebook just for this purpose.!....once a week would even be better,we never know when a poker site might disappear these days.

I have an excel document with many sheets with various information about my accounts and online poker deposits and payouts....

.... Of course I try to regularly update my accounts balances sheet.

You don`t build your popularity by cheating players, so nobody is likely to get cheated. They sent out an email asking for patience during the transition, so be patient.

I have ~$500 on each of the two sites, and I am not worrying.

+1 There is really no reason to be concerned. They will get it done and it may take longer than we would like, but I would rather them get it right even if it is not as fast as I would like.

When I logged on to Reefer yesterday, it updated me to the Feltstars skin. It allowed me to login under my Reefer screenname & password, but my account balance was $0. This had me a little concerned, but I figured they are still transitioning and it would appear eventually. However, I just tried logging on today and now my logon ID was replaced by some random Felstars number. When I clicked to login, it says my logon ID or Password is incorrect. So I changed it back to my old Reefer Logon ID and password, but I get the same error message. I have a bad feeling about this. The same thing happened to me when UB changed over to Cereus. The Cereus Network claimed no record of my old account and I was forced to set up a new account and ended up losing my money. I better not get screwed again!

I just tried logging on today and now my logon ID was replaced by some random Felstars number. When I clicked to login, it says my logon ID or Password is incorrect. So I changed it back to my old Reefer Logon ID and password, but I get the same error message.
Me too, and I have not gotten an email yet with instructions, I am not worried yet, I am sure they are finalizing things.

I just went and clicked the forgot password link and was sent an email to reset password, I did that and logged in, you need to take out what they put and enter your email address and new password you reset. I was able to log in, but still no money yet.

I have been playing feltstars for a week or two on and off. It is a fairly small nice site with good and frequent cash freerolls, moderate fields. For people who cant play at fulltilt its a great site.

Me too, and I have not gotten an email yet with instructions, I am not worried yet, I am sure they are finalizing things.

I just went and clicked the forgot password link and was sent an email to reset password, I did that and logged in, you need to take out what they put and enter your email address and new password you reset. I was able to log in, but still no money yet.

I am worried, I just tried that with my Reefer email, it sent me a link to reset my password which took me to a pw reset with an email I used on another skin, not sure which one, but I know I had no money on the other skins. I had $150 on Reefer which I am worried I can't get now...Can't reset my pwd with the other email, do not have it anymore...ugh:mad: AND will not let me log into!

Haven't read all posts. But Feltstars is a Future Bet owned site.

Anyone w/ any history of playing online would/will be leary at best to play there.

They make the wosrt of site look like choir buys w/their past history of payouts ( or lack of).

what if we already had a feltstars and a reeferpoker account with the same email? Because I had just made a feltstars account when this happened I was thinking about depositing there because of they're promotions.

Also I talked to the tournament director who said I will get my money not to worry. I also discussed the futurebet thing with him as from what they say they had no clue it was futurebet due to them changing the name and they severed all ties at a lot of cost to them as soon as they found out. Also they are a merge skin now and I've never been ripped off from a merge skin so lets just wait and see I am pretty sure we will all get whats owed to us. And if not they'll be flamed on every forum and won't be getting any business. Again though they are a merge skin now so lets wait and see merge has always been honest with me and I've cashed out over 2 grand off merge skins

Also as a side note from what they've told me feltstars only licensed the use of software from gametec or whatever the name is and once they found out that they were futurebet they switched immediatly. So they are not a futurebet owned company at all. Looks more like they got ripped off by futurebet just like everyone else. Again we will have to wait and see before we pass judgement

Yes but your username is going to be the email they sent the notice to, I am almost positive, so try both when logging in.

hmm I checked junk and i never received this email. where do I find a spam filter? I'm on hotmail and I don't see one. I can mark mail as junk and it goes to my junk folded. But nothing from support in my junk or regular mail.

In gmail, it should be under other and when you click that spam should be one of the options that pop up.
Oh I just saw hotmail, I am not sure at all.....see if there is an other option.

I am so disgusted with this, I never even got an email letting me know that this was going to happen! I would of had a screen shot of my account on Reefer and other things copied if I would of known. I have tried logging in with my screen name and my email both from Reefer and it will not let me....
The reset pwd is for feltstars accounts and I have no log in for feltstars as
I have never heard of them until Friday.

I know the feeling try being at the end of a $8,500 gtd when they shut down then finding out they knew this shit would happen. They have told me everyone will be taken care of and not to worry. But just the fact that they let us join tournaments before they shut down pisses me the **** off. Supposedly they are very honest and all that shit well we will see after this is done

Well they put my money on my feltstars account last night. It's still not the right amount. I haven't been credited yet for my tourney. This is bullshit anyways we were basically forced to deposit on feltstars with no deposit bonus. I'm not even worried about that as much as wanting my fair tournament winnings. They don't even have usemywallet which is what I use for deposits/withdraws they got a ****ing money order which probably takes forever. This whole merger thing is bullshit and anyone not pissed about it probably didnt have shit for money on they're reefer account
