All the opinions posted here have been respected, that's the beauty of this thread, those who have received their money are proof that something has changed; those who have not, by watching the others getting paid, there is still hope and like I have been saying from my very first post, talk to me, give me your ID and I'll see what is going on. Im on your side DDP, and it's your right to speak your mind, I just want you to get paid and delete DoylesRoom for ever.

The good news is that Nick, the admin of the site, gave me the OK for a private tournament. I would like a $500 Freeroll. What you guys think?

I'm pretty sure you've written to me in the past. I've been a member on Doyles now since Jan.'08. I used to like playing on the site, especially after they did a software update (9mos. ago?) but now once they've joined up with CakeNetwork.... I'm rarely ever on there.

As far as getting a CC game going. Cash-added buyins would be awesome!!

i requested a check in march... got one in june, it bounced... call and email all the time since, same bs lies... they say they sent check when they didn't, lies after lies after lies... and every lie comes with "just wait 2 weeks" and every 2 weeks in 2 more weeks and more lies about they already sent it or issued it or proocessed it.

i won the "doyles bounty" tourney so i'm trying to cash over $1k

i email everyone constantly in customer service and all they do is lie and ignore me. it is disgraceful.

doylesroom.com is a complete scam.

Damn I got money in that site and have been afraid to cash out by check, scared it might bounce. I guess I will have to set up a moneybookers account. I thought Doyles room had this chit straightened out.

Why do people love cashing out via check? I always use ewallets and have never had a withdrawal issue other than when neteller left the market or eWalletXpress cashouts were blocked in late August for a few days.

The only site with a really good cashout policy is pokerstars. Fulltilt comes close because there are no fees but Pokerstars hands down the best.

I have never had a problem getting my checks from Doyles Room but I don't know about now since my last check from there was about 15 months ago. Becouse of a law Doyles room had to ban my state an 12 others. So when they finaly sent me an email one day saying that my state was no longer banned, Doyles room had changed there whole poker site. So I never went back since there are about 5 other one's just the same an I was already playing on one called Sportsbook.

Just started having my withdrawals problems and quite amazed at the length of time involve here for some. I thought three weeks was bad but guess I should keep quiet for three months. No problem with cake or pokerworld of same network. I find it unexcusable.

I am impress by Mark's actions and help. Cake Network is by far the best place to play. Shame Doyle's is ruining their reputation.

after campaigning in the comments section of doyles blog for an entire day, i was told a new check is on the way, being sent "ups or fedex" and that i "might get it by tomorrow".

i'll post again if i receive a check, and 2 weeks after i deposit it to see if it bounces again.

check never came. i called and "victor" in support HUNG UP ON ME.

i asked if he said that he sent a check on thursday. he wouldn't answer.

i asked to speak to upper management who was supposedly delaying my payment... he told me upper management did not have phones in their office. i asked if he was lying to me. he wouldn't answer. i asked 20 more times, loud and providing him with simple YES or NO options... ARE YOU LYING TO ME.... he kept saying "sir, i will...." and i'd cut him off.

rather than LIE and tell me HE WASN'T LYING TO ME.... HE HUNG UP ON ME.

this is type of people you will be dealing with at doylesroom. complete scam site.

Bottom line seems to be that I was lied to when told check had been process as I now learn that it has not. I previously research your site and "process" appeared to mean done deal. Check has been issued and mailed and now I learn that this is not the case. Don't tell someone that their check is in the mail (has been process) when it is not. My results with withdrawals from Cake Poker and Poker World of same network were totally different and proper. Not being able to handle work load seems to be very lame excuse.

Doyle Withdrawal Problem Update

Been a month now and I find it unexcusable as I get this from no one else. Pokerworld and Cake of same network was days start to finish. Other networks I use are also week or less. Why does Doyle have no concern for 3rd party delays and say so. "Cake Network" needs to stand up and force Doyle to have better customer support or tell them to leave. Doyle is bad news.

First i want to start by saying i too had the same problem couple months ago and it took 4 months to get my checks...and this was after many calls but the reason y i got my check was this manager named mark who used to cone on this forum and he helped a lot...anyways they fired this poor guy andf left all the assholes in accounting...now they still have the same complaints...i got kicked out of doyles room cause i used foul language cuase of all the frustration..i am happy as ever cause now i play on competitors sites and have no problem cashing out..i have learned that ultimate bet has the quickest payouts..and i have no problems wiht them and the y have great cutomer service which doyles room lacks...i truly believe that doyles room should be shut down ..i keep telling everyone baout my experience and doyles has lost a lot of potential cutomers...dont get me started on this guy andrew from accounting...karmas a biotch andrew...hes a complete idiot...if u call him hell give u excuse ...the same ones he giving u right now..trust me u wont get ur money if andrew had anything to do with it...they are based in costa rica and sometimes you cant even understand the...like andrew the guy babrely speaks english is a total *****..i got my money so im happy as ever i dont ever have to deal with their site..i remember also one of the managers called me asking me if i would come back to their site cause they knew they were wrong...i told thm tehy could kiss my ass...i feel for all of you and trust me andrew is real bad person...they fired mark which was the best person for doyles ...y would u fire someone who was heping so many and getting good feedback...and instead keep an ass hole liek andew around..just doesnt make sense...godd luck!

i got a check today from doylesroom... after 6 months, nothing... complain on internet forums, and get aggressive with phone support = paid in about 2 weeks.

it's sick that this is what it took for this transaction, when these transactions are fundamentally the only REAL product all online poker sites offer.

(side note: i had received a check in the past, and it bounced, so stayed tuned a few weeks to see if i have any more problems.)

This is going to possibly sound naive...but, does anyone think that Doyle Brunson is aware of any of these problems?

Doyle Brunson seems to be the grand old patriarch of this game and he seems to be a man of integrity. Has anyone actually tried to get in touch with him personally?

i have posted on his blog at cardplayer... cardplayer then removed my comments and removed the ability for anyone to post comments, but just on doyles blog. no one can view old comments either.

i posted on twitter to @TexDolly and his son todd brunson also affiliated with doylesroom through the doyle's bounty tournament where he serves as a bounty. i have emailed doyle at every address i could find referenced on rec.gambling.poker and the 2+2 forums.

i have called and emailed every number or address i could find for the doyle brunson poker network.

if doyle isn't aware, people are working very hard to keep him unaware.

as i said before, for 6 months, nothing, but after i attempted to make him aware, that is when things got fixed, so maybe he fixed everything.

i'm still waiting to see if the check clears, because the last one didn't.

the last one i got charged $25 from my bank for it bouncing, and was charged $10 for the check. i was told those would be refunded, but they never were. then for the last check i was charged $10, and told it would be added to the check, and it wasn't. i called back, and they put the $10 in my poker account, but there is a minimum $100 withdrawal, and that doesn't include the $10 i will be charged for subsequent withdrawals, so basically it's money i'll never get, so i'm not counting that as refunded either.

i would still advise everyone stay away, because this is the worst experience i've had with any poker room ever.

My check has arrived in just over a month. My main complaint besides too long is that I was told it was process when it wasn't. Personally Doyle as a player never has had my respect and his site doesn't appear any better. Six years that I have been watching poker I have never seen anything great of him. If check bounces you will be hearing from me again.
