I requested inital withdraw on dec 28, 2007 for $600. Sent them a voided check and bank statement. I then received an email on Jan 11, 2008 telling me the funds would be wired to my bank in 7-10 business days. I noticed they were one digit off on my bank account number. I notified them of this error but they assured me that they sent it to the right account. That last statement was a lie. Were closing in on February and still no payment. They tell me they need to do a trace on it which can take up to 2 weeks and after that up to 2 weeks for payment. So if they ever decide to pay it could take over 3 months. I AM SO MADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY THIS SITE IS B.S.

I play at this site's big brother, sportsbook.com. However, I have had VERY good success with cash outs. Check arrives almost always within 7 - 10 business days.

I never leave over 100 bucks in a account-So many new sites have no rep to go by so i just don't trust them like PStars and Fulltilt gl trying to got the money back consult a lawyer.:confused:

Trace what, they used the wrong bank account #. We all agree the funds weren't sent to my account. So give me the money its that simple. But because of their error i now will likely be waiting up to 3 mnths for my money. This is Bull Crap and definitly not what i consider customer service and hope no one else has to deal with such crap.

cash out via check in the mail then, very rarely do they go astray unless you put in the wrong mailing adress..... oh and f*** up with dising the site. YOU choose where to play. Do the research before depositing, sheesh.

Right on man, i also had 3 posts. Im not one for writing to much on forums. But this is just ridiculous and this is the only thing i can think of doing. I thought you might have been a schill for the company. Take care and i'll keeps updates

I won 1600 in a gold chip tourney there, no they weren't overly informative about depositing money first to get it out, but they did get my check to me after a few emails. It took a few weeks and from your post it seems a mistake was made in the bank account #. No need to bash the site because its taking awhile, everyone makes mistakes.

3.what they did was refund it to my players account and instead of 600 dollars now they will only let me draw out 597.30 because of some supposed bonus????????? BUDDY

I now have to try and repeat the withdraw process 5 weeks later so If it goes threw i might see my money 3 MONTHS AFTER MY INITIAL WITHDRAW BUDDY

Funny thing to is they mentioned something about compensation on the phone last week, but they straight told me on the phone, "why would we give you compensation when you dont want to deposit money on our site." Customer service is great at this place. So once again i say bash me all you want but this service was so horrible and time consuming i wanted people to know. So i say again WORST SITE EVER. PLAY AT OWN

Personally I hear what this person is saying and I do appreciate the heads up and if anyone out there doesn't realize that every one of the online poker sites is proprietary and ultimately not to be trusted then you are blind, ignorant or in on the lie...which is not to say that you can't play most places have fun and make (or lose) some bank. Long Live freerolls hehe... so thanks Buddy mucho gracias

Okay, I guess I'll have to comment too.

I think the original poster has a valid argument. If he sent them the proper identification and they sent money to an incorrect account there's no reason why he should have to wait any period of time for them to send the money to his account.

It's not his fault they sent it somewhere wrong after he provided them with the proper documentation. I can see where he would be very upset about a missing $600.

I own a few businesses, no I'm not Bill Gates or anything but I know something about serving customers and to me this sounds like very bad customer service. When you make a mistake, it's not the customer's fault, fix it with your customer and then go after whatever mistake you made.

Maybe the site is a good one, I don't know. Never played at it. But bashing a poster for bringing up valid objections seems a little harsh IMO.
