Building a bankroll through freerolls is the purest grind. Long hours for small returns. It can be done but I would only suggest for a leisure player. Perfect example is when one of the best players in the world Chris Ferguson did his $0 to $10,000 challenge. He did so on FTP years ago which had much better freerolls compared with todays options in the U.S. market. Took him nine months I believe.

The easiest site to build a free 'roll is on Intertops poker . Its a small site , with mostly regulars at the tiny stakes . They have events that give away cash and others every day where you can win a 'ticket' to real money $1 tourneys, with $ 100 guaranteed . The buck tourneys happen twice a day , and have rebuys and 1 add on . Usually there is an overlay so its a smart bet even if you put up your own cash ! I think this site charges when you make a withdrawal , so that's a big negative . Also , I am not sure what their rules are about taking out cash when you never deposited .

the problem is that is very hard to withdraw from intertops if you earn money form freerolls due to their special rules. not counting that they could lie in some of the requierements. but i have a doubt i'm not sure if you play a tournament by a ticket won from a freeroll, count as freeroll winning (if you get ITM obviouly) or normal winnings.

You definitely have to pay rake and earn FPP ( frequent player points ) before making any withdrawal on Intertops .Strangely , you also have to do that even if you make a real money deposit ( I think you have to roll over rake equal to 10% ). That seems unfair to me . I cant say for sure how or if withdrawal is possible having never made a real money deposit , but I think if you play enough ring games , tournys and sng's ( or bet sports + casino ) you will be able to get cash out .

Just try a lot of freerolls and you will eventually build up a nice bankroll. I did the same, started playing a lot of freerolls for a year. That money has invested again into new tournaments! ;-)

it is very difficult to get money from freerolls. after you get it, you must have strict bankroll management especially if you decide starting playing after getting a small amount from rolls. not to mention if you get into a downswing when you start playing with actual buy-in

I believe that if you have registered in several poker sites and play all the tournaments and be successful in them, you will surely make a bankroll and then transfer the dollars to a site only or withdraw if it is the intention to take profits
good luck buddy!! happy New Year

America's Card Room has freerolls all the time. America has very few choices left.

BOL free roll is dead

I am brand new to cardschat, but been a 6 month member of SBP and I believe the free rolls were eliminated strictly for the month of December. They are running a 25 days of Poker promotion and my thought is maybe the monthly free roll money has been bundled into that promotion. I hope so!! If you have more information regarding the free rolls please pass it along. I am a small money tournament player and playing in the free rolls was not only helpful in progressing my skill, but lately I have cashed in several events and would be upset if that was no longer available.

I received word from BOL on line the management eliminated the free rolls. Sent email requesting date when they would return and they replied NEVER!

In addition to their own sponsored freerolls, it looks like they're no longer hosting the "jackpotfreerolls.com" ones. There would ordinarily be one going off today, but it's no longer listed in their tourney list.

I've been trying to do the same thing on ACR. It's tough but it feels more rewarding to get somewhere.
Got $0.75 in a freeroll, played a $0.55 tourney, won $6 for coming 4th.

Unfortunately i then got greedy and played 2 $3 buy-in tourneys without cashing so now i'm back on the free-roll grind. I've learnt now that i'll need to build a bankroll from the $0.55 tournaments before stepping up to the $2 or $3 buy-ins.

Sicerely, Cardschat's Freeroll Club is the best option... But you can try ACR and BOL freerolls.

Cardchat freerolls and special events are the easiest way to start your bankroll.

Those other freerolls out there is tough you will be fightning with thousands of players and you will most likely make just a few cents. The real prizes on those other freerolls are at the top so to make anything descent you will have to final table. With thousands of entrants you can go months with out winning anything of substance. While doing so you could hurt your game as so many bingo games turn you into a bingo player eventually as you to adapt to your surroundings.

ACR offers round the clock freerolls. You can usually stay in 2 at a time if you're playing well and can avoid the freeroll allin donks which I must say are numerous in these games.

I'm trying to do the same. Its definitely a grind. I agree that it's probably easier to deposit a small amount, but I'm also doing as a way to gain experience at MTT's. I play on ACR which has on demand freerolls all day and there are also other freerolls offered by affiliate sites including Cardschat. In the ACR lobby, click the "Freeroll" tab and "All." Good luck.

Yeah - you can final table the freeroll on ACR. Make 80c and then what? Need close to a miracle to make $2.50 for 1st place : ) You can't even rebuy in a 50c tourney with 8th place money. lol Take $50 and play the lowest stakes possible. Unless you have lots of free time on your hands.

I don't know where the problem is. I make 50$ EVERY MONTH by freerolls.
Still keep losing it on the casinos or paid tournaments, because I can't withdraw here in mexico. Just have a look around on the Internet, the world is full of money to be picked up!:top:

I believe it's possible to start with freerolls and when you have some small cash on your account to start playing small entry tournaments and to build up from there. It will take time but it's possible. Don't stick with freerolls only, it would take ages.

Its close to impossible in my opinion. Usually freerolls are full of fish. Almost all the time i lose all in with AA against cards like 2-7 or 3-8 which is frustrating and mind blowing
