What do you mean by "regret"? It was a business decision from PokerStars, so its like asking, if someone "regret", that gasoline can no longer be bought for $1 per gallon. Its time to move on with your life rather than being stuck in the past ;)

Good old days

I do. I kinda wish that like with many other industries where when big dog dies, new dog appears trying to take their place.

Dream scenario would be that Flutter sells full tilt poker ip (could realistically actually happen) to a small company and Full Tilt becomes the new PokerStars from 2015-2019

You mean the tournaments on our forum at Pokerstars, but they were cool and now they're gone, which is sad because many players played just for them at Pokerstars, now there's only the freerolls of the poker site itself, they're certainly also good, but there were no better tournaments than our tournaments

I don't regret it. It was good while it lasted.
But as soon as my balance there runs out, I will stop playing with them. Too bad I have too little money to withdraw. I'll spend every last penny and that's it.
I have already made deposits and withdrawals at PokerStars and also used the freerolls to boost my balance. But from what I understand, they prefer to distribute money to personalities like Neymar than to reward their community with freerolls, so for me they don't work. Yesterday I played an 888Poker 5k freeroll. We all know the huge range of native freerolls that 888Poker distributes to its members. ACR is also very generous to its community. So, when I go to deposit my money in a room the question I ask myself is why choose PS, which doesn't give me anything in return, if the other rooms are always offering rewards for their communities?
As long as the PS maintains this policy, I choose not to put my money with them.

Does anyone regret that freerolls on PokerStars are gone?
Of course not, no one regrets it, and no one has remembered them for a long time. These freerolls have disappeared. New times present us with new challenges and give us new opportunities. That's why we all forgot about those freerolls that once, given, were on PokerStars, and you take an example from us, forget it too :)

They have been perfectly replaced by tournaments with Replay poker, and there are fewer players playing there.

Not really.. Now that they are on Replay there are no nonmember password stealers playing. There is also slightly less time commitment in that you do not have to get to your computer before the tourney starts to enter the password and with 18 minutes late reg you can even be a bit late and still play. The bronze ones no longer have thousands of entries and are worth playing now.

Actually this kind of manual setup was called for by many forum members for years to combat the problem with password sharing. But now that it has been implemented, we hear nothing but complaints, that the good old days are gone :)

I don't miss it. I've spent so much time on them before.
I'm fine with tournaments with buy-ins of $0.55-1 and spin-and-go. By the way, there are tournaments for ladies with buy-ins of $0.11)
