Can't open my chests on Stars

I am having this chest issue too, what a pain! Could call it chest pain.

As a rule, I open chests on their website. Their main website pokerstars.com is blocked in my country, therefore I access it through pokerstarssports.com or pokerstarscasino.com (for Sports Betting and Casino respectively). Should the opening take long time constantly loading that star symbol, just close the window and reload the site again, should work.

I would be careful with using any VPN programs for Stars, they might block your account.
At lease, you should inform them about this fact.

VPN helps to bypass those sites that are blocked by Roskomnadzor of Russia. In Russia, the gaming business is under tight control and therefore you have to use programs to bypass the lock and play your favorite games.

I've noticed this glitch happening to me a few times too. I just closed PS at the end of my night and opened it once more to open the chests and it worked after I opened it again. I think it's a programming hick up since they added some of the new features to the site.

Hopefully it will be dealt with soon but it sure is annoying right now!

Chest system should steer away from Poker!

When you receive chests if they do open you must contact poker stars through their help center. You have two options write an E-Mail or use chat, I prefer chat. Because of the pandemic their is a high volume of players right now that need assistance so you might have to wait a couple of weeks for an answer with an E-Mail. With chat they will look and try and fix the problem while you are on-line with them or have you wait a couple days till you can open your chests. This has always worked for me. Capo 1014

Yep, I am finding I can open them on an ipad, but not on the Pokerstars client, no matter how many times I try.

It happened to me one time a few weeks ago . I closed the software, waited a few minutes and after it worked, I managed to open the chest.
