Bovada or Sportsbetting?

As a US player living in one the poker unfriendly states, I have limited options on where to play. My research has shown that Bovada and Sportsbetting are 2 sites I can access. So I'm just looking for some feedback on them, keeping in mind that I'm mainly interested in freerolls and small stake SNG's.
