BetOnline and SportSbetting accounts. How to play both sites?

In happened at the end of this winter.
Played CC games, won some money, used these money to play MTTs, won some, cashed out from both SB and BoL accounts to Bitcoin.
Logging on next week and see that both of my accounts are blocked...
Contacted support - they wanted me to do a SELFIE with documents next to my face together with photos and scans of utility bill, ID and such. Well I've never done a single selfie in my life and I think it's stupid to take self photos, but after a week or two I've decided to send them what they've asked. Then the nightmare has started " We can't clearly see the numbers on your ID next to your face"... OFC you can't see it, because my fingers are covering the numbers while I hold the ID, that's why I've sent you the other photo of ID alone... - that's what I wanted to write, but instead I was polite and kind and sent them a nice reply... but support wasn't fast and it lasted for a month or more to resolve this situation.

In the result I've got just one account unblocked and this email:

I had just one account at SB and just one account at BoL, been playing for a month or more. Haven't deposited, won couple of dollars in CC games and won some more in MTTs, cashed out and got both accounts blocked.

I find it truly amazing that you say you cashed out of both sites without ever depositing??? Of course if you are logging into both sites from the same IP they may have an issue, I have played on both sites but I have never tried to jump backinto a tournament after busting from 1 site to the other, I know that will get you banned.

I was very surprised with that fact. American poker sites are doing a good job. Also ACR does the same thing. I've ordered 3rd cashout today without making any deposit to ACR... Unlike for example iPoker network, where they ask to make a minimum 1 deposit per year, just to check that my bank card is working or some other stupid excuse...Don't really remember what they've said first time, cause it was awhile ago, but since then I'm depositing a minimum 10 euro every January, so I can enjoy withdrawals for the rest of the year.

Ok, I do agree that maybe some of the withdrawal methods might have to be verified through deposit, like bank card for example. But for majority of payment methods there is absolutely no need for any verification, Just send me a check to my address or transfer money to my e-wallet or bank account... And with that Bitcoin option - what can you verify with bitcoin, since majority of users prefer to stay anonymous?

So, I can only thank both SportsBetting and ACR for such service, however, still not happy about my BOL account being closed.

Either, Tammy's user title does say the other Debi. They will be the best people to sort this problem.

Dude, I have 2 accounts at the PS, Party, iPoker and 888 for approx 10 years. Just not using both of them anymore. And I had no idea that BoL and SB are different skins of the same network when I've registered my accounts. For past 4 years I'm not paying that much attention to poker world like I've used to, and playing poker in the evenings mostly because It's boring just to draw things and watch something... Sometimes 3d rendering process takes a lot of waiting time so it's nice to have a option to play couple of hands while I draw a new 3d model.

Either, Tammy's user title does say the other Debi. They will be the best people to sort this problem.

Because BetOnline game is on Wednesdays and it starts at 3 A.M. for me. Yeah, I'm an owl, and my most effective thinking time is night time, when streets are silent, and I don't hear traffic sounds coming from the open window, phone is not ringing and nobody disturbs me.. Night time is a great time to do amazing things! But Monday to Thursday are special days of the week for me, cause I have things to do in the morning, that's why I'm not often playing games at US poker sites during these days. So you guys can enjoy that BoL game with less competition in it.

Wow that sucks! Well, there is a way for you to play at any poker site. It's not a 100% legal way, butit works if you're not doing any stupid moves. There are many VPN services who provide some free traffic every month, like 1Gb for free... It's more than enough to play poker. But during first month you may spend all this free traffic just to download poker Apps.
SO you can download VPN software, install it, change your iP address to netherlands for example, and download the software through this iP, then find some coffee shop address there in Netherlands + phone associated with this address and make new email, and use it to register a new account at any poker site. You won't be able to play big games, cause sooner or later poker site will ask you to verify your identity. But this method is good enough to play freerolls. And if you want to withdraw winnings, then you have to find someone who will agree to play HU against you, so you can lose, and he will withdraw for you. If these amounts of money are under $50, then nobody will pay attention. Some of the GSM companies also provide free vpn services, don't know if such services available in Australia.

Well, I've tried, but it was too late when I've contacted CC administration. BoL support representative told me that my account is permanently banned but they will let me play at SportsBetting. I always have option to open a new account using details of one of my relatives, we have several addresses, any verification won't be a pain. I can even visit one of them and ask to open a debit card exclusively for me. But I'm not that addicted to poker anymore and also Wednesday+BetOnline is not a good combination in my case.


It was Wednesday yesterday b.t.w. and instead of playing more poker, I've spent half of the night drawing 2 wall decorations on one of the 3d models... And I've played iPoker and ACR at the same time. I busted early at ACR and if I've also played BOL, then most likely I would do just half of what I've done.

My original acct is with BOL and I do play cash games there in addition to the CC freerolls. However, I created an SB account just to play in the CC freeroll there. Are we in the clear to withdraw from either site since they are making an exception to CC members to have accts with both sites?

So either they changed the rules or the representative that emailed you was wrong.

Rule change is quite possible as they have changed a lot of other rules in last few months and they don't tell anyone. Like back in March I went to withdraw only to find out the monthly $50 withdrawal discount was gone.

Easiest way to find is to go their webpage and ask them on live chat if they say it is allowed then create an account.

Just read through the thread.
Regarding a "selfie and a newspaper"..welcome to the new age. I've had to do the same for a crypto currency site. Just make sure that you have the tools (Tor is one) and a means of tracking that photo..embed something in it.
Second, I have more than one account with the same network (different skins) and have never had an issue. Sometimes the online agent is an issue so ask for their supervisor. I'm thinking you've done something which set off a flag. For example, 888 was providing me with tickets for certain games after I provided them with all kinds of time-stamped screen-shots but I was in the wrong. It took a competent agent to point out where I was led astray and I stopped my emails to support with thanks to the person who cleared everything up.
Being someone who doesn't like loose ends do your best to tie together what has taken place then present your case to the agency that monitors this network..but only when you have all of your i's dotted and t's crossed. Hope it works out for you whichever way it goes.

This is very strange. Email support told me two time i can have accounts on all 3 sites, betonlinemike on 2+2 told me only 1 account is allowed
