betonline.ag down right after I made my deposit? Is this site legit?

I just made a deposit into BetOnline.ag. Right after I made my very first deposit there today the site went down. Also the Poker Client I downloaded and was playing to check out their software was unable to run.

I immediately called their support line and they told me I would be able to Run the poker client within 24-48 hours??? Very strange. BUT they said I was free to make a sports bet and play in their casino. I was on a LIVE CHAT with them via my Google Chrome browser asking them about the poker client. While waiting on chat I decided to try and run the poker client again. Then the page went down. I saw my money was in my account before it went down. So I called again and they said, sorry our website is down and they were working on the issue and said it would be up within 1-2 hours.

It's just very strange that this happened right after I made my deposit into their site. Which I also needed help with and contacted them by phone with help to deposit via Master Card.

Has anyone run into this same problem with them?

This is what I got on my web browser right after making my deposit, which also showed my IP Address. I searched the web and see players who say they have my password and all.

Very fishy.

I was playing at ACR but no luck their in Winning. Just trying to find the most honest site to play poker on and now feel like I've been robbed without even playing. Pfft... Unreal

Really no big deal. Every site has modem issues now and then. This is the same thing and it's up now.

I have made deposits and withdrawn from them. They are 100% legit they do have server issues from time to time though. it is annoying but it happens.

Just found it very strange that it went down seconds after my deposit and I am now unable to get the poker client to run and was told I have to wait 24-48 hours to play poker. I played the play money tables right before depositing LOL SMH

About the middle of last year they had server problems very often. Recently client has been stable at least for me.

On a side note you do not have to play on client you can play straight from you browser.

They are legit I have made many deposits and withdrawals. You probably was unlucky with timing of your deposit to them having issues.

The Cardschat freeroll is really good once a week $200 tourney. You do not need to make a deposit to play it. But you would have needed to make a deposit in order to request a payout.

Their payout times to Bitcoin and ewallets like skrill/neteller is really excellent. Most times you get your money in 36-48 hours max. I did one weekend before got funds in 16 hours.

From your first post I see you deposited with mastercard they will request from you shortly some documents and you will not be able to request a payout until 14 business days. That's just their rule it only applies if you use visa or Mastercards other forms of deposit has no such limitations or requests.

You do realize that they make their money by running their site - and lose loads of it every time the site is down?

Your tiny deposit means next to nothing to them - they need players to deposit - and then play and pay rake.

I would not deposit to invest in BOL. They can't compete much with ACR. Also I burned through $300 without being able to withdraw because of freeroll requirements nonsense which ACR doesnt have. BOL sucks compared to ACR just look at their MTT schedule. They also screwed up 8 of my Windfalls and just ignored me to get comped...when I asked to get comped at ACR they gladly did so. The room is inferior to ACR though it is softer that is only benefit it has going for it.

I have no such problems. The site works without crashes. Perhaps the problem is your software. Try reinstalling the graphics card driver or launch an update.

Signed up with them in 2013 I can't recall my deposit method. If I had to guess I would say Visa bank card. I have been using Bitcoin to make my withdrawals.
