IMO it will be tough to get the check mark for all the things mentioned... I'll say my experience with different poker Apps:
1. pokerstars- a stable app(they've also improved it quite a bit recently), fast deposits/ withdrawals, decent promotions/ bonuses but not many free games anymore(most 'good' freerolls are restricted and you need to be part of different communities to take part in this games...)
2. 888poker- not the best app(it looks pretty much like it was 10 years ago...), fast deposits but slow withdrawals(I've never had problems getting the funds but most of the time it takes 5 days+), great promotions/ bonuses with IMO the best loyalty program ATM and the best site for free games* also the field here is really soft...
3. unibet Poker- I like the app a lot(also they improve it often), fast deposits/ withdrawals, good promotions/ bonuses(especially if you'll play other markets too* like Sports Betting and Casino); unfortunately Unibet doesn't offer many free games anymore and there aren't many poker players on the site...

888 app definitively not looks like 10 years ago. Before like 2-3 years ago they had a totally different app where u could only play 1 table.
This app was still way better because u did not have those stupid comic avatars and that beepy sound.
