C:\pokerstars\Themes. Delete all files from there except "cocos" and "themes" (You can actually delete cocos but you will have only Mercury theme). Delete from "cocos" folder all except your favourite theme. No?

I don't want them to shut down, I want them to stop being stubborn and respect their customers and give the customers what they want.
I let them know today on Twitter that I am missing playing the 180mans as my computer keeps freezing and I have to end task to force it shut, their reply was to ask me to DM them, but guess what I can't DM as it says I can't message Pokerstars. I was going to DM them explaining I sent a log a while back saying the same thing only to get a reply saying my issue is resolved, and referred it to a logging out issue
No mention of my laptop freezing and me having to force it to close

No doubt they've received hundreds if not thousands of messages about this sort of stuff happening. And it seems they don't care about it. Maybe with the responses they give they just hope the customer gives up and continues to 'try to' play. Even an 8yr. old kid running a Lemonade stand would understand to change the product in order to satisfy customers and keep them coming back for more. This is such a HUGE FAIL on so many levels it's actually astounding. (do you think the non-poker playing share holders would be happy to know how the customer feels about the b.s. aurora crap?)

It doesn't make much sense since I don't have Aurora.
Ok, what is it? Table Theme or whole system? I downloaded PS.nj, .uk, .fr. There were not Aurora. I have Win 7, maybe business is in this.

I know that there are huge possibilities in a computer game in 2021. Imagine if few years later we can play it with a holography technic or in 3D whatsoever.
I heared a rumor that technic is 50 years passed away from that version what we have been seeing right now, but we just not allowed to meet it yet. Anyway I think we all would be up to the changes if there would be devices in every household which can make it use smoothly and comfortable.

I have old system right now. I cannot play on aurora, but I agree that they have the right to change old system to aurora. maybe with very good computer I could be happy playing on aurora, but I'm not sure. Actually in general we expect from companies a modern approaching, desing etc., so PS doing the same thing. We don't like it, because we don't have computers good enough. I don't know.
It's nice to have an opportunity to play on old system or new system, but if we don't have we shouldn't be angry, because it's they right. They don't confiscate our money or blocked our accounts. In every company are some leaks, it's good when companies solving different problems, issues, but sometimes they don't want to or don't know how, but not right now.

I just found a solution that works for turning off a Aurora at https://worldpokerdeals.com/blog/how-to-disable-the-aurora-engine-on-pokerstars
Follow the instructions at the 2021 Update section.
Basically you have to add a line in the "user.ini" settings file.
I started/closed the client several times and it keeps working!

I did everything as it is written and in fact, various additional items, unnecessary effects disappeared, but the load on the processor did not decrease. The CPU works at 95-100% of the load ..... Maybe I have a weak laptop (4GB of RAM, 1GB of video card) ... Sometimes it is simply impossible to play even one table ....

I just had that message recently on a reasonably new laptop only running 4 tables!

So you don't have Stars with Aurora??
It looks like 'the fix' to eliminate Aurora, doesn't actually eliminate Aurora
