Americas Cardroom account suspended.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has had a problem with ACR. I just joined today, deposited 25 dollars, for a twitch streamer tourney, I went to log in later this afternoon and it says im suspended. I have contacted support but i have no clue what i could of done to get suspended.

Sounds weird but its really only ACR support, who can sort this out for you. Maybe in the meantime upload the documents needed for account verification, so that this is done. Everyone have to do this sooner or later, and perhaps it could answer their questions as well.

Sure you don't have an old account you forgot about and signed up again? Multi-accounting is a no-no.

Is anyone else playing from the same address, like a relative or friend that lives with you?

Those are two things that come to mind, if not one of those, I don't know.

Unfortunately only the support can tell you why they suspended you, but most of the times they only want you to verify your account. Probably they are going to ask you for a copy of your ID and utility bill. The weird part is that usually they do the request when the player try to cashout for the first time and not when make deposits.

Not weird at all. It's the same at any cardroom.
They couldn't care less who you are when you deposit ..
It's still all about money after all 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've had them send me a captcha before and it went under my windows (to prove I wasn't a bot), and I remember just barely catching it and going oh shit, I wonder what would of happened if I missed this.

Maybe something like that happened to you.

Only the support can help you . I think they answer back very quickly , so that won't be a problem . They will tell you what's wrong. Maybe they did a mistake and you Will have your account privileges back .
