right now the worst customer service experience ever
i have been on ACR for less than 24 hours now and so far pure nightmare. my account has been closed, my deposit money routed to some other account i have never used with information that is all incorrect. so now i am denied my deposit bonus and rake back and have spent the last 4 hours trying to rectify this situation with no success at all so far (although many promises to "fix" and then nothing at all)
and now i just got hung up on for the second while on hold!
i left ignition on account of the awful customer service but they are dream compared to this
this is beyond a horror

somebody finally called me back
and he fixed it a couple of minutes. money is restored to my account with all benefits available to me or at least so it appears

I will tell a harsh truth for you "America is great" supremacists... Your government is too tax-hungry to allow poker sites in 48 states that don't do deals with banks for overall reduced rates of money transfer.
Therefore, it has led to the evolution of deposit-taxing poker rooms like ACR. Now, to be perfectly honest ACR is the best of the American rooms in all respects so I don't know why you are crying.
The issue isn't with the software you are correct, but it's also not with ACR support. Your BANK, yes the smiley person at the counter... THEY ARE THE SUPPORT TEAM YOU SHOULD BE ASKING...
As for the best bank? For me will always be Barclays bank. They are truly a kind bank, if you are confused on anything they help you understand why you are struggling (yes they actually explain to you why you are struggling to solve the issue).
They have VERY CLEAR ways to unlock depositing to gambling online, go to them with passport or some ID on you as well as your debit card and all will be sorted.

I agree that if ACR & Co refused to provide a service, the government may well allow the big players like pokerstars back with their bank-deals but that's not gonna happen while a Republican is in power unfortunately as Trump and his casino benefit much more from forcing people to gambling in person. Many will visit Vegas just to see his casino.

i should be asking the bank why ACR too the money from the account i was playing on and put it in another account and making me argue with them for four hours about it until they put it back? my bank transferred the money instantly to ACR where i used to to play poker. ACR was the one who decided to play games with that money without my knowledge or consent.

I joined ACR on May and since then I needed the support help 3 times! I really like this site!
The first two were with the live chat thing , It was totally fine how they solve my problem.
The third time I wrote them with an email if they could check a player's screen name because the way he was playing was totally botish. I was heads up with this opponent. He never responded to any comment of mine.
The ACR support never answered me. I don't know if it was a silly question by me or not but to be a totally unanswered e mail was rude!
