I received this email from ACR a few days ago.


On Monday, May 20th we will begin the first phase of our new software launch on the network. The new software will allow us to deliver exciting new games and features faster than ever before.

They just tweeted an hour ago it’ll be ready in 3 hours.

I'd give it a few days for them to work out the kinks. As of right now I can't even log in (I made sure I had the correct email and password before it went down, still get an error message).

They came out with a new update about 15 mins ago that popped up while I was in a tournament. It said "live update" so I assumed it would download in the background while I played, but nope. This download is slow as all hell.
It's only a 100mb file and after 15 mins I'm at 48%. Normally a 100mb file will download in 30secs or less on my internet, this is frustratingly slow.

Ok so the download failed at 50 something %. So I removed ACR and reinstalled it and it downloaded the live up date WAAAAYYY faster. Thought I would share in case anyone else had that issue.

I too have the same problem downloading that never ends, it is better to disconnect and wait until tomorrow, because everything is odd, let them time to update their software, let us not be impatient.

I tried to play poker today and thought my client didn't download correctly but i guess it's a all around problem. I can't see any tournaments registering, only late reg and running. They are working on it tho according to the ACR rep in the ACR thread. Many problems to work out with the new software or what ever it is.

Deleted old version, updated ACR. You knew it, as soon as it installed, my cash and VENOM ticket balances were zero. Ten minutes later, the correct balances showed.

This is what Debi said about CardsChat freerolls ***No Private Events at ACR/BCP from May 20-27th including CardsChat freerolls etc***

WPN will be doing a major upgrade next week and as a result will need to cancel all private events.

That means we will have no freerolls or money added buy-ins during this time at ACR/BCP. The dates are an estimate and could be a bit shorter or a bit longer but we will keep you posted as we get more information.

We will not be creating game threads for these days.

Sure it is working just great, so far every tournament I have signed up for and managed to connect to where I managed to play a few hands has been canceled, EVERY SINGLE ONE, so yeah pretty much par for the course, WTG ACR!

I tried today to see if it was working and it is not. Menus are corrupted plus more balances are also not correct. suggest you hold off
