I have experienced numerous connectivity issues, and lack of response time regarding other issues with America's Card Room. It takes numerous days and up to 1 week for customer service to respond to concerns regarding the website. I cannot be the only one who has experienced this.

I had a problem the other night with a $2 Jackpot where it was not seating me at the table and when it did it was frozen. It took a while for me to get in the game and one guy was still sitting out so obviously he was having the same problem. I ended up winning so I can't complain.

Nope , unfortunately poor programming.
The source code has flaws and their UI is from the last century....probably run by Boomers
