ACR mobile app - repetitive silent disconnects

Same thing Happening to me, anyone have found a solution, it's happening to me in the PC software it happens when I miss a hand or fall sit out de "I'm back" button it isn't working

Very annoying is the fact that you cannot mute the sound at ACR mobile App . It is annoying If I want to watch a movie or listen to a song at the same time while playing to hear the sounds from ACR also at the same time . This mobile app is so imperfect , or should I say garbage .....

LOL . i was pre registered in 20 or so freerolls that start tomorrow or next days . I opened ACR mobile , and a message appeared , that farn too many tables were opened and so ACR mobile could not open , as only 4 tables per time are permitted . So mobile app could not operate

bwin will open 4 games if you have registered in more than 4 , it works , if you want you can join the rest games when you are busted in one of the games that you already play ,

Anyway , ACR mobile sucks lol
you cannot deactivate sounds wtf
they invest so much in freeroll special tourneys and twitch streamers , but they have a cr***y mobile app . i wonder how much the PS technical team is paid on monthly basis so as for PS to have a good poker mobile app . ACR has no excuse ........

I play on my phone, everything works fine but I'm playing on my second Samsung phone so maybe that's why, but everything works fine there and there's nothing like that, so I think if someone has such problems you can play on your old phone like me on Samsung and you won't have problems or maybe it's because of the country but everything works great in Kazakhstan

Hi all

I also only use ACR via mobile atm i was having the same disconnecting issues as the majority of yourselves.

But mine seems to be resolved because i update my phone recently i think the age of the system on your mobile may be a contributing factor.

Also my new phone has more free memory/space previous one was almost full due to the amount of Apps i had on there that also contributes to how your phone runs.

And lastly ACR has only quite recently made mtts avalible via mobile there seems to be updates for new version very regularly fingers crossed it improves for anyone having these issues.
