ACR customer service

OK so Monday I login to my account and my balance is $129... I remain logged in for a few hours but do not play anything. Later on I look and now the balance is $69. WTF where did 60 bucks just vaporize to? So I email support and ask them about it and they respond fairly quickly saying that I played in the casino and some poker hands to lower the balance. I'm like "LOL no i didnt"... so they send me to another department and say they will respond within 72 hours (LOL) In the meantime I play 2 poker tournaments and end up getting a 3rd place in one of them to raise my balance to around $180 (thats with the 60 still missing)... I log out and go to sleep for the night... Log in the next day (yesterday) and now i am locked out of my account with this message:

"Your account is suspended. Please contact the management staff"


Just checked my email and nothing from them at all, it has been now basically 48 of the "72 hours"


WTF kinda clown show is this and has anybody else ever experienced anything like this with ACR???


What a joke to only have email as your only source of customer service too wow, excellent site to play on especially for tournaments but God Help You if you ever have any problems with your account!

That is very frustrating. Maybe one of those Acr-Reps here can help you out? Please dont have too high expectations, they can only help you with very basic problems but maybe they can get you in touch with someone from the security team...would be worth a try, why not?

Make sure you check your spam/junk folder. Some of their emails end up in there

That is one of the major problems with on line poker, with no type of regulations to live by, the poker sites can do anything they wish. And, do not have to anwer to anyone. The player can take it or leave it. No choice.
I had a small bankroll in BOL, and it just dissappeared. Vanished. The bank roll was small, about $20.00 . So, not worth fussing over.
That is one reason I do not play for the big bucks on line, since one never knows if they will get paid or not.

I would have been very surprised if this would not resolve in your favour. Glad everything worked out for you and see you at the tables. Dont loose it all in the casino :)

I dont think the ACR rep is on here anymore because cardschat cut ties with ACR because they were unregulated.

Good to know that the problem was resolved. But what happened to your $60? When I read the first time I imagined that maybe your account was hacked, but good that this was not the case. This happened with me once in party poker and the hacker play with my $50 in casino games.

Lately they have been running all in or fold tourneys where you can win a 2.50 value ticket that doesnt have a tournament you can enter with it!

I really wonder what the issue was to be honest that is just so weird... and why would they lock you out?

You can enter some tournaments with it...they are just not listed under tickets but when you go into the main lobby and search manually i it should work.

I am glad your issue was resolved. I have always received an answer and resolution in a timely matter when I have had an issue on ACR,
and those issues were just technical problems like not receiving emails at my email address. ACR resolved it by changing my email to a different address for me and that fixed that. That was the only serious issue I remember, and it is serious because if you try to log in from a new device you have to authorize it from an email they send you or you can't log on, I have had other issues but I can't even remember what they were, so they must have been pretty trivial.

I have never had any money go missing though.

I would be interested in hearing any explanation ACR gave you about the missing funds if you would care to share.

ACR is my favorite site :)
