My account in PS is frozen and it really take so long for the support to respond via email. Any idea whats going on with my account?

Didn't you get an email with explanations?

Have you recently requested a deposit? That can trigger an additional verification process.

My account is fully verified and made a lot of withdrawal. I havent open my account for a week now and its weird that I got this error message.

Hi @ramorleans

Have you tried totally uninstalling clear your cache make sure all pokerstars files are gone from phone.

Turn phone off not reset then turn back on and fresh install ?

This happend to me before when the application has an issue updating previous version.

Hope this can help if not GL getting it sorted out.

It is possible that someone has tried to hack into your Account using the wrong Password or Some times you might have to accept the Terms and conditions again, this happened to me on two occasions, where after installing an update from them I couldn't play for real money as my Balance was zero.
It wasn't explained to me and all I got from the E-mails I sent support was "you must have down-loaded a different Software Program"

I had a similar problem about 4 years ago. My account was also frozen. The PokerStars security team suspected me of fraud. The fact was that I lived in an apartment building, and in this building there were several poker players besides me. I was suspected of having multiple accounts, but after I submitted all the necessary documents, my account was unblocked.

Any poker site is essentially a casino.
casinos don't really like players who withdraw money, especially a lot of money. Casinos are more favorable to players who deposit and do not withdraw.

I think you withdrew a lot of money so they froze your account or you just didn't log in and they froze you so that in the future when you come to unfreeze you or someone logged into your account and tried to do it, so they decided to do it well, the best thing is to wait for a response from the support you already wrote to and what they will tell me is also very interesting if they answer you write to us here so we know the reason for this

Could be any number of reasons! Have you done anything unusual recently, requested a withdrawal or travelled at all?

If re-installing and the suchlike doesn't work you will have to wait to hear from support and clear up whatever their concerns are.

Hello brother @ramorleans how are you???

I'm telling you what happened to me a week ago, that's where it can help you.

A week ago one day the same thing happened to me.

I spent 2 hours, I sent a message to PS support with no response.

I remembered that the day before my Wi-Fi internet had been cut off so since I'm playing an MTT I decided to use mobile data from my cell phone, which remained activated on my laptop until the next day.

When I entered exactly this day, when I opened the PS setup, the same sign as you appeared. That I could not open my account and that I should contact support.

I asked here on the site if anyone else had this problem, in case it was a problem with the PS page, but they all told me that they could enter without problems.

By then, the wi-fi network in my house had returned. For this I had restarted my laptop and there were no changes.

So I put the wi-fi network of my house to see what happened, and there it opened the setup normally.

Then he sent me a message on the screen that a strange logoff had occurred, and to send him a logon record, which I didn't.

Now I can play normally with the wi-fi network of my house and with the mobile data of my cell phone.

I think the problem was that I still haven't verified my cell phone in pokerstars, and surely when I made the network change, the site over there saw that it would be open from another unknown device, and for security reasons, they blocked my entry from the network of that mobile.

I hope it works for you brother, and it's just this, and it's not an account ban, which is more problematic.

When they answer your email, they usually explain why your account was blocked. I had my account blocked once, but I knew the probably cause. I remember that on the couple of days before my account was blocked I made several deposits of amounts that I usually don't do. I verified my account sending my docs and it was all ok.

neteller discountinue their business with me and I have some money still pending with them and stuck in my PS account. It's somehow disappointing and Im thinking to switch to GG or ACR. What would be the best replacement guys?

Neteller discountinue their business with me and I have some money still pending with them and stuck in my PS account. It's somehow disappointing and Im thinking to switch to GG or ACR. What would be the best replacement guys?

Thats the dumbest thing u could have done, creating a new account while the other account is still under Investigation wow. Never, under no circumstances create multiple accounts on any pokersite. ESPECIALLY if ur account is frozen/under investigation.

Why did neteller discontinue their business with u?

Best replacement depends on what games u play. I would just play on both.

I asked the same thing but they only provided their terms and condition which is dumb. They should know better, they cant even answer my question straight to the point while keeping my funds. Its frustrating!

I have no choice since PS will not reinstate my account until I provide a screenshot of my active Neteller account which I couldnt access since it was closed by Neteller. Can you tell me the best way around?
No choice? Its not up to you to decide that.

U will get problems when u are trying to confirm ur new account and u will be not able to withdraw and probably get banned completly.

Ur attitude is quite funny and im still wondering what exactly u did with neteller that made them terminate ur account there and also caused problems with stars. I am wondering while at the same time im not surprised the slightest ☺️😅

My attitude for creating a new account? And yes I'm fully responsible for that since I am fully capable of doing it financially.

I respect your opinion towards my action even I feel like you are trying to start an arguement.

by creating a second account you created even more problems for yourself, you will definitely have problems now. multi-accounts are FORBIDDEN

I will be sad if they ban me permanently but my conversation with are still ongoing and lets see where it goes.

I like PS a lot coz it gives me more action in terms of my playing style.
